Research On Population Introduction Strategy Of Zhangjiang Science City

Zhangjiang is one of the most famous high-tech parks in Shanghai and even in China.After nearly 30 years of development,the dominant industries such as biomedicine,information and communication have outstanding advantages,a large number of universities and research institutes have been stationed,and industrial and technological talents have gathered.Since 2016,Zhangjiang has begun to carry the strategic tasks of building Zhangjiang Comprehensive National Science Center and so on.It is urgent to change its own identity as a new strategic goal of building a world-class science city.In view of how to "turn garden into city",this paper starts from the perspective of urban planning,using the knowledge acquired in the MBA course,the park development/urban operation is regarded as an industry and the development company/local government as an enterprise.Introduces the development status of Zhangjiang in detail,anatomizes the current internal and external environment of Zhangjiang by using PEST,SWOT and other strategic analysis methods,compares it with the domestic and foreign scientific cities,and finally puts forward strategic suggestions to promote population development,that is,Zhangjiang should respect the objective economic law,scientifically predict the size of the population,continuously and equally introduce high-skilled and low-skilled workers,allocate resources through market mechanism,and start from the direction of increasing the supply of public goods and services,to provide high-level public services for high-skilled workers,but also for low-skilled workers to provide basic security and development opportunities.
