As the main force of vocational education teachers,secondary vocational school teachers undertake the important task of educating national technical and technical talents.The vocational identity of secondary vocational teachers not only affects the teachers' personal professional growth,but also affects the teaching level and talent training quality of schools.Therefore,the research on vocational identity of secondary vocational teachers is of great significance to the development of teachers,students,schools and even vocational education.In this study,482 secondary vocational school teachers were selected as the research objects to understand their professional identity level,explore the differences in four aspects of emotion,cognition,behavior tendency and environment,the reasons for the differences,and the factors that affect their professional views on secondary vocational school teachers.On this basis,the paper puts forward the promotion of secondary vocational school teachers The feasible countermeasures of teachers' professional identity.The main content of this study includes the following six parts: the first part,introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of professional identity of secondary vocational school teachers,combs the literature review of professional identity,defines the core concepts of professional identity and teacher professional identity,expounds the theoretical basis and determines the purpose,content and method of the research.The second part is the process of investigation.Including the selection of research objects,the preparation of research tools,the collation of survey data,data processing and analysis tools.The third part is the data presentation of the survey results.It mainly describes the basic situation of the research object,the overall level of teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools and the differences among the variables,and the influencing factors of teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part,through the data to find the problems of Vocational Teachers' professional identity,with the help of interview data,Maslow needs level theory,Giddens self-identity theory to discuss the existing problems and the differences between the variables.In the fifth part,based on Giddens' self-identity theory,from the perspective of secondary vocational school managers,we can improve the social status of secondary vocational teachers,promote the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,build a diversified life-long education system,and create a good professional environment.Through the realization of ontology security,the realization of ideal self,the realization of constructive reflection and the realization of individual society To help secondary vocational school teachers improve their professional identity.The sixth part,research conclusion and prospect.It mainly expounds the conclusion and reflection of the research and prospects for the follow-up research.The promotion of teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools is a gradual process.This paper,through the investigation of teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools,causes the managers of secondary vocational schools to pay attention to the problem of teachers' professional identity,enriches the research content of teachers' professional identity,provides ideas for promoting teachers' professional development,and optimizes the teachers' team in secondary vocational schools Fifth,speed up the modernization of vocational education.
