| President Xi proposed “The Belt and Road Initiative” in 2013 to build a new platform for international cooperation.Gansu province is located on “the Economic Belt of the Silk Roads”,but its economy,culture and education influence the development of the Economic Belt of the Silk Roads.In 2020 the People’Govenment of Gansu Province propose that Gansu vocational education should provide urgent talented persons for the countries along the “The Belt and Road Initiative”,and creations of system of organization on vocational development for weak industries in west area.As one part of Vocational education,Secondary Vocational Schools play an important role in cultivating practical workers and high qualified workers to make contributions on the national economic development.However,few students,poor teaching quality,inproper specialized establishment,disorder organization,poor teachers’ abilities have serious influences on the development of Secondary Vocational Education in Gansu Province.The thesis is focused on professional course teachers’ professional identity in 4 common Secondary Vocational Schools,which analyzes the factors influencing professional course teachers’ professional identity,and raises suggestions on developing professional course teachers’ professional identity to improve teaching effects and development of secondary vocational education.The study,based on professional cognition,occupation emotion,living environment,occupational status and development of the career five dimensions,use literature research,questionnaire and interviews to conduct research and find out the current situation of teachers’ professional identity in 4 common Secondary Vocational Schools,This study designs professional cognition,occupation emotion,living environment,occupational status and development of the career five dimensions to investigate the differences of secondary vocational professional teachers’ professional identity from different personal characters,such as: gender,seniority,education,job title,the monthly income level,and give analysis to the causes producing the differences.The results show us: The professional identity of professional teachers’ level in 4 secondary vocational schools in Gansu province is general,there is still much room for improvement.Female teachers’ professional identity level is higher than male teachers’ level;there are obvious differences in job titles;there are obvious differences in income levels.teachers having been worked for 11-15 years have higher level;teachers having10-15 classes each week have higher level;teachers being engaged in administration have higher level.In the end,combined with the results,the study give some suggestions to increase the current level of professional teachers’ professional identity mainly from the aspects of teachers themselves,schools and society. |
