With the development of society,People's material needs have been greatly satisfied,excessive food intake and lack of exercise make more and more obese people.Among them,the adolescent student that suffers from obesity is not in a minority.Teenagers in junior middle school,especially in the third grade,are in the golden age of growth.On the one hand,parents in order to give their children enough nutrition,the provision of a very rich diet;on the other hand,in the face of the pressure of further studies and heavy academic burden,students spend most of their time on study,due to the lack of time and space for activities and the lack of scientific and effective guidance,it is very difficult for the students of grade three to exercise in their spare time.The dangers of obesity can not be underestimated.In short,it affects the appearance of students,leading to inferiority complex;in short,excessive obesity can lead to mental illness and even disability,seriously affecting the physical and mental health and healthy growth of young people,it's a huge burden on families and society.Therefore,the effective control of obesity has become a common issue in the world.Especially after the "coronavirus" campaign today,physical health is the first barrier against the virus,but also the basis for survival.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore an effective weight intervention method.The authors searched through a variety of research materials on high-intensity interval training,and found that most of the current research targets are high level athletes or ordinary young people,and most of the sports venues are off campus,the high-intensity Interval Training has relatively little research on overweight teens on campus.Therefore,this article mainly aims at the junior three overweight teenagers to carry on the research through the scientific effective high-intensity interval training in the campus,through the professional sports teacher to the student actual situation analysis,according to the test result,through comparative analysis,effective conclusions can be drawn,thus formulating feasible and feasible high-intensity interval training programs within the campus to enhance the physical quality of overweight teenagers,improve their physical performance in the middle school entrance examination,and develop good living habits,raise the student will quality and so onto put forward the feasibility opinion suggestion.Comparing the effects of Gao Qiang's interval training with those of moderate intensity continuous training provides a solid theoretical basis for improving the physical fitness of overweight adolescents.In this paper,we use the methods of Literature Review,interview,experiment,Mathematical Statistics and comparative analysis to carry out high-intensity interval training intervention on overweight students in Ninth grade,after analyzing the data of the experimental group and the Control Group before and after the intervention,the conclusions are as follows:First,it is feasible to carry out high-intensity interval training on the campus.Second,high-intensity interval training and moderate intensity continuous training were effective in both weight loss and body shaping for overweight students in grade three.The main performance is in the Student Body Weight and the body dimension reduction.But the high-intensity interval training weight loss,and the shaping effect are more obvious than the medium intensity continuous training effect.Third,the effects of high-intensity interval training and moderate intensity continuous training on the physiological indexes of the overweight students in the third year of junior high school were positive.The decrease of resting heart rate and the increase of lung capacity,high-intensity interval training is more effective than continuous training.Fourth,the effects of high-intensity interval training and moderate intensity continuous training on the physical fitness of overweight students in grade three were also positive.The performance of 1200 m /800 m,standing long jump,sit-up and forward bend in sitting position were improved in different degrees.The effect of high-intensity interval training was more significant than that of moderate intensity continuous training.In the light of the above conclusions and the reality,this paper puts forward the following practical and feasible suggestions:First,aiming at the characteristics of high school students with high academic pressure,tight exercise time and heavy tasks,training can be conducted on a campus-wide basis using the high-intensity interval training method.In accordance with the characteristics of students in the school before training,formulate detailed exercise prescription,exercise intensity andinterval time are strictly controlled in the training process,under the guidance of professional sports teachers to learn scientific training methods,strong physique,develop lifelong sports habits.Second,according to the age and psychological characteristics of overweight and obese students in the third grade,it is suggested to arrange students of similar weight or similar exercise ability to do exercises together,which is helpful to overcome the inferiority complex of obese students,promoting overweight students to develop interest in exercise.
