in China.Vigorously developing the ice and snow sports is not only a good ideological culture,legal ethics,mass sports and competitive sports foundation for the 2022 Winter Olympics,but also a solemn promise to the 300 million people who will get involved in the winter sports to the world.As a result,China's ice and snow sports are are becoming more and more prevalent in the field of competitive events,mass sports,ice and snow education,and national fitness.Ice and snow sports town is an industrial model which combines sports town and ice and snow sports.It takes sports town as the form and construction concept,and the whole content is snow and snow sports.And in the context of the Winter Olympics,Hebei Province should play an important role in achieving the Winter Olympics goals and fulfilling the Winter Olympics strategy.Research purpose: This article aims to make in-depth investigations into the development of Bingxue Town,sum up experience and discover problems,so as to put forward corresponding suggestions and measures for the future construction of Bingxue Town,and better promote the sustainable development of the sports industry in Hebei Province At the same time,it also makes its own contribution to promoting better coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Research methods:First of all,this article collects the required data through the literature data method,mainly including the literature review and the theoretical basis of the content of the paper and the quantitative data used for statistical analysis,to lay the foundation for the writing of the article.Second,use mathematical statistics will be used to calculate the breakpoints and radiating forces between Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei Province,and establish the connection between the background of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development" and "the construction of sports towns in Hebei Province".Follow-up conclusions provide a reference.Thirdly,underthe framework of SWOT analysis,the macro-environment of the construction of the ice and snow town in Hebei Province was analyzed using the logic analysis method.From then on,through interviews,field visits and case analysis methods,case studies were conducted on the selected Changqing Bingxue Town in the west of Shijiazhuang and Zhangjiakou Miyuan Genting Paradise to understand the corresponding situation for comparison,as a micro-analysis of this article.Finally,on the basis of the above,adhering to the five concepts of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the corresponding suggestions for the the "sports +" development concept,abandon the traditional single fixed development model of sports,maximize the characteristics of Hebei Province,and integrate it into the construction of the snow and ice town.It is necessary to strengthen cultural identification and innovation,and build an integrated tourism path for Hebei Ice and Snow Culture,Beijing Royal Culture,and Tianjin Binhai Culture.Second,adhere to the road of coordinated developmentPromote industrial transformation and promote coordinated regional development.While strengthening ties with other industries,it is also necessary to strengthen ties with Beijing-Tianjin industries,accelerate the economic system transformation in Hebei Province,reduce the gap between the three places,and achieve coordinated
