Corner activity is a free education area specially provided for young children by teachers according to their physical and mental development and their hobby needs.The core of the science zone corner is to stimulate young children's exploration interest,experience the process of inquiry,and develop preliminary inquiry capabilities.The material release reflects the educational value of the corner activities in the kindergarten.The purpose of this study was to investigate the general situation of corner materials placement in a science zone of a kindergarten in Shijiazhuang.First of all,find out the existing problems based on the status quo.Second,find out the cause through the problem.Finally,summarize the causes and try to put forward practical guidance suggestions.Provide reference for the launch of activity materials for the corner of the science park and other kindergartens.This research mainly uses observation and interview methods to investigate a private kindergarten in Shijiazhuang city.Learn the general situation of this kindergarten science zone corner activity material from three major aspects: the type and quantity of the science zone corner activity material release,the source and basis of the science zone corner activity material release,the main body of the science zone corner activity material release,and the update.Based on the actual situation of kindergarten research,the following problems were found.There are some problems in the placement of materials in the corner of the science zone,such as the single type of delivery,the subjectivity of the delivery,the lack of inquiry,the randomness of the delivery,and the untimely update of the delivery.There are also problems with young children who are not interested in some scientific materials,the use of materials with incorrect operation methods of the materials,the mismatch of materials placed in the corner of the science zone,and the problems of untimely material management.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,the reasons are as follows.In terms of kindergartens,the creation of science district corners is not valued.In terms of teachers,first,the teachers' insufficient professional knowledge of relevant activity materials is reflected in insufficient knowledge of the materials,in-depth study of the materials,and lack of investment ability;second,inefficient teacher guidance;third,teachers in activities It is in an authoritative position in China;fourth,it does not pay attention to the cultivation of children's inquiry ability;fifth,it is not enough to reflect on the input of materials;sixth,the lack of energy and time of teachers.Starting from the existing problems and reasons,the corresponding strategies for the science district corner materials and investment are put forward.From three perspectives: guidance for kindergarten,guidance for teachers,and guidance for the placement of materials,strategies are proposed from multiple perspectives.In terms of kindergartens,we must attach importance to the scientific field.Kindergartens must provide relevant training to preschool teachers and strengthen material support for the launch of activity materials in the science district.In terms of preschool teachers,teachers should strengthen the learning of scientific theoretical knowledge,and materials should reflect the subjectivity of preschool children;teachers must reasonably intervene to support young children;they must be good at thinking,implementing actions,and strengthening the management of science corner materials.In terms of material placement,the provision of materials should effectively stimulate young children's interest in inquiry,and it should be reflected in the provision of diversified materials,diversified sources of materials,interesting types of materials,and contextualized materials.The provision of materials should also effectively support continuous inquiry.It is necessary to provide layered materials and materials that can record the process.
