The era of quality improvement in the 21 st century has arrived.The improvement of education quality has become an important strategy for the development of national education.This is also a critical period for the development of modern education in China.Among them,the construction of the training plan is the core and key to improving the quality of education,and a systematic and perfect training plan is one of the important factors affecting the development of students.In 2017,China formally promulgated the "Implementation Measures for Normal University Teachers' Professional Certification(Interim)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Measures"),which means that China's normal professional certification system has officially started.In order to fully promote the promotion of the training program for primary education majors in the context of normal professional certification,the guiding role of the professional certification system for teachers is brought into play.This study is based on the specifications of the professional certification for teachers,and combined with the development of primary education professionals,systematically promotes the improvement of training programs.This study uses text analysis,interviews,and other methods to conduct a comprehensive and detailed study of the primary education professional training program,and then reflects the current status of primary education professional talent training.Based on the understanding of the status quo,further provide specific strategies for improvement and development,so as to provide a basis for the improvement of the primary education professional training program.First of all,by collecting and sorting out relevant documents,we can understand the current development trend of primary school education professional training programs,and explore the significance and value of this research.Second,based on the review of the literature,define the core concepts of teacher professional certification,training programs,etc.Explore the theoretical basis of this research,that is,the theory of human all-round development,the theory of professional development stages of teachers,and the theory of teacher knowledge.Under the guidance of the basic concept of "student center,output orientation,and continuous improvement" in the certification of normal majors,the construction principles of the primary education program are: the principle of unity and diversity,the principle of educating people,the principle of overall design,and practice The principles of orientation,principles of promoting lifelong development,etc.,lay the academic foundation for the next development of the research;furthermore,this study takes the training programs of six colleges as the research object and conducts a systematic text analysis from the training mode,training goals,graduation The five dimensions of requirements,curriculum settings,and corresponding matrix diagrams,to understand the status quo of training programs for undergraduate primary education majors in teachers colleges.Based on the results of interviews with teachers and graduates,by analyzing the relevant content requirements of the "Primary Education Professional Certification Standards(Level 3)"(hereinafter referred to as "Certification Standards"),the existing problems and reasons of the current primary education professional training programs are analyzed..Finally,combined with the above analysis,exploring the strategies for improving the primary education professional training program under the background of the certification of teacher education majors is as follows: the training objectives are in line with the actual development of students,and the professional characteristics are highlighted;the graduation requirements are specified and broken down into operable indicators;the curriculum is improved System,focusing on the characteristics of children in primary education majors;strengthening the practical characteristics of practical courses and strengthening system planning;the overall design of the matrix diagram of relationships to enhance the relevance of various elements.This research is a preliminary exploration of training programs for primary education majors in the context of the certification of teachers' majors.There are still some shortcomings to be made up.It is hoped that this research can provide some reference and reference for the construction of the primary education professional training program in related colleges and universities,and at the same time play a role as a reference for subsequent related research.
