On October 26,2017,the Ministry of education printed and distributed the measures for the implementation of normal major certification in Colleges and universities(Provisional),which provided policy basis for colleges and universities to carry out certification.Yancheng Normal University,as the first pilot University in China,has passed the second level general course certification of middle school.Under this background,the research has certain practical significance.Based on this,using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper takes the teaching reform of Physical Education under the background of normal major certification as the research object,takes the teaching reform of physical education in Yancheng Normal University as the research case,presents and analyzes the current situation of technical teaching of physical education major in Colleges and Universities under the concept of certification from the following dimensions:curriculum concept,teaching objective,teaching content,teaching method,teaching evaluation and implementation effect,and analyzes the reform of technical teaching of physical education major in Yancheng Normal University under the concept of certification How to integrate the concept of student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement into the teaching reform? Through the research,it can be concluded that:(1)At present,there is still a deviation between the current situation of technical teaching and the guiding concept of professional certification.At the level of curriculum teaching concept,"emphasis on teaching but less on learning" still exists,and the concept of "continuous improvement" has not been implemented in place;teaching objectives focus on skill teaching,lack of professional emotion training;teaching content does not fit the needs of basic education well;teaching methods are conservative,and students' main ability cannot be effectively developed;teaching evaluation focuses on results rather than process,and evaluation subject is single.(2)Under the background of normal major certification,Yancheng Normal University's physical education specialty takes certification requirements as the guide to implement technical teaching reform.The curriculum concept is guided by the certification concept,with the teacher's moral education as the first,and the transformation from "teaching" to "teaching";the teaching goal highlights the cultivation of teacher's moral and focuses on the improvement of teaching ability;the teaching content is scientific,basic,comprehensive and practical;the teaching method actively tries to diversify teaching,reasonably uses modern information technology,and improves the classroom effect;teaching evaluation In order to promote the development of students,we should pay more attention to the dynamic development of students.
