In recent years,the state has come out a series of educational policies to strengthen the cultivation of the practical ability of normal students,which shows the importance of the practical ability of education in the process of the cultivation of normal students and the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of the practical ability of normal students.The cultivation of practical ability of preschool education students directly affects the educational ability of students after graduation,and then affects the quality of early childhood education in China.As an important measure to deepen the reform of teacher education in the new era,to comprehensively guarantee and improve the quality of teacher training,and to promote the connotative development of teacher training,teacher training professional certification provides strong support and quality assurance for the cultivation of educational practice ability.Therefore,based on the investigation of preschool education major in H Normal University,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and text analysis to explore the problems existing in the cultivation of practical ability of preschool education undergraduates,find out the deep reasons,and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,which are very useful to improve the cultivation quality of practical ability of preschool education undergraduates significance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which explains the reason,theoretical significance and practical significance of this paper,and summarizes the literature and defines the concept of preschool education undergraduate education practical ability and normal professional certification.The second part is the research design,which discusses the research purpose,research ideas,research objects and research methods of this paper,and expounds the overall design of this research.The third part is about professional certification.It discusses the guiding ideology,concept,principle and standard of professional certification,and expounds the system of supporting the cultivation of practical ability of preschool education for undergraduates.The fourth part is the research results and analysis,which consists of three parts.The first is to discuss the current situation of educational practice ability and cultivation of Undergraduates in preschool education of H Normal University;the second is to analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of practical ability of undergraduates in preschool education based on the background of professional certification of Normal University and the dimensions of training objectives,curriculum setting,training process and training system;the third is to analyze the deep causes of the problems.The fifth part is research suggestions and ideas.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of the practical ability of the preschool education undergraduates,combined with the relevant contents of the normal professional certification,this paper puts forward suggestions and strategies from the four aspects of training objectives,curriculum,training process and training system,so as to improve the quality of the cultivation of the practical ability of the preschool education undergraduates and the teaching of the preschool education undergraduates Training the level of practical ability.
