With the development of information technology,the use of smartphones is becoming more and more popular,and the phenomenon of smartphone dependence is becoming more and more prominent.Especially for students,excessive use of smartphones not only affects their physical and mental health,but also has serious social consequences.There are many reasons for students' smartphone dependence,among which time management disposition and self identity are two important factors.Time management disposition is manifested in the individual's attitude to time,the value of time and the use and control of time.Good time management helps individuals control their addictive behavior.At the same time,adolescents are in the critical period of identity development,and the maturity of identity will also affect individual cognition and behavior.Based on this,this study takes 1043 secondary vocational school students as subjects,uses the method of questionnaire to examine the relationship between time management disposition,self identity and smartphone dependence,and finds out the starting point to design group psychological guidance,and intervenes on 16 students in order to reduce the smartphone phone dependence of these students.The results show that:(1)The time management disposition of secondary vocational school students is in the middle level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.(2)The majority of secondary vocational school students are in the state of delayed identity,while the number of students in the other three states is relatively small.The distribution of secondary vocational school students in the state of identity shows differences in gender,grade,single child or not.(3)Secondary vocational school students rely on smartphone phones more prominent,there is excessive use of smartphone phones.There are significant differences in gender,grade and residence of secondary vocational school students' smartphone phone dependence.(4)The self identity state plays a moderator in the prediction process of time management disposition of secondary vocational school students' smartphone dependence.When students are in identity achievement state or identity moratorium state,time management disposition negatively predicts the dependence on smartphone.When students are in identity foreclosure state,time management disposition positively predicts the dependence on smartphone.When students are in identity diffusion state,time management disposition rivals the prediction effect of smartphone dependence is not significant.(5)Group psychological guidance can effectively improve students' self identity and reduce their smartphone dependence.
