The research using the questionnaire and experimental method for 398 Secondary vocational nursing students who from Nanjing first vocational and technical school in Fujian Zhangzhou as subject.Studied Secondary vocational nursing students’ future orientation and the relationship with time management disposition and learning investment,and investigated the intervention effect of future orientation and time management disposition for learning investment.The research is composed by two parts,In the first study: “Adolescence Future Orientation Scale” 、 “Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale”and“ Learning Investment Scale”were used to exam the characteristics and the relationship of Secondary vocational nursing students’ future orientation,time management disposition and Learning investment.In study 2,on the basis of study 1 choosing secondary vocational nursing students who made lower scores in learning investment as subjects.And randomly divided into two experimental groups and a control group。future orientation Group guidance and time management Group guidance were designed to investigate the intervention effect of learning investment for Secondary vocational nursing students.Based on the two studies,we can see the following results:(1)Secondary vocational nursing students’ future orientation total scores and all factors 、time management disposition and all factors,learning investment and all factors were higher than the scale of medium level,(2)Secondary vocational nursing students’ future orientation total scores and all factors were different in different grades.Junior were significantly lower than freshmen and sophomores.Future orientation and future emotional were different in both genders.Boys’ scores are higher than girls.All factors,the freshmen’ optimism scores of was the highest,the sophomores’ thinking of was the highest,but the junior’ s the range、density and program were the lowest.(3)Secondary vocational nursing students’ time management disposition total scores and all factors were different in different grades.junior’ s average scores were the highest.the two-parent family’ s social orientation scores were higher than Single parent.The following factors,personal orientation、goal setting、program、feedback、time management efficacy 、 time management behavior efficacy,Junior were significantly lower than freshmen and sophomores.goal setting、program、feedback scores lied in low mediate level.(4)Secondary vocational nursing students’ learning investment total scores and all factors were different in different grades.the scores of junior were the lowest and lied in low mediate level.(5)Secondary vocational nursing students’ future orientation and time management disposition scores were significantly positive correlation with the learning investment.(6)The time management disposition played a completely mediating role in the relation between future orientation and learning investment.(7)Future orientation group counseling can effectively improve the level of learning investment for secondary vocational nursing students.(8)Time management group counseling can effectively improve the level of learning investment for secondary vocational nursing students.
