As the comprehensive reform policy of college entrance examination is promoted nationwide,ordinary senior high schools will carry out elective teaching in succession,which is a reform measure of teaching organization form to meet the learning,growth and development needs of students with different potentials.Teaching is the core of school work.Standardized and efficient teaching management will effectively promote the smooth development of school education and teaching,and form a stable teaching order.Under the background of the reform of the new college entrance examination,the effect of teaching management is of great significance to the smooth implementation of class-moving teaching.This paper explores the status quo of ordinary high schools in the process of groping for class-moving teaching,summarizes and analyzes the practical difficulties in the management of class-moving teaching in ordinary high schools,and provides suggestions for new high schools.Under the background of the college entrance examination,the smooth and efficient development of the teaching work of ordinary high schools and the better implementation of the relevant policies of the new college entrance examination are of practical significance.This research uses the literature research method and the survey research method to study the teaching management of ordinary high school in H city in H province under the background of the new college entrance examination.According to the definition of the teaching management,based on the teaching management work of the whole school,the current situation of the teaching in two ordinary high schools in H city that have implemented the teaching in the class was investigated,and the data was analyzed,and the four aspects of the teaching management process were analyzed.This paper summarizes the problems that arise in the process of implementing class-moving teaching in schools from one dimension,summarizes the reasons for the current insufficient teaching management,and finally proposes strategies to improve the management level of class-moving teaching in ordinary high schools according to the problems in this research.The results of this study show that ordinary senior high schools are faced with practical difficulties such as inadequate effectiveness of curriculum implementation,low applicability of classroom teaching,low professionalism of teaching quality management and insufficient enthusiasm of teachers in participating in class teaching.Therefore,to promote the new college entrance examination under the background of ordinary high school class teaching management level,should from the four dimensions of teaching management process,improve teaching management efficiency,to adjust measures to local conditions,scientific arranging overall curriculum plan,optimize the teaching organization and management,deepening the reform of classroom teaching,at the same time to strengthen the inspection of the teaching process and teaching evaluation of the results,to strengthen the construction of teachers team,improve the teaching ability of teachers.
