The reform of Zhejiang New College Entrance Examination has formed a multi-selection pattern of classified examination,comprehensive evaluation and multi-enrollment,which enlarges students' examination choice,subject choice,curriculum choice,school choice and professional choice.In terms of long-term development,the new entrance examination provides more opportunities for students with independent thinking,so that more people can choose according to their interests and hobbies.In this context,senior high schools should pay more and more attention to students' career planning education,attach importance to students' personality and interest cultivation,and guide students to combine their interests,choose their own disciplines and majors and the direction of future development.The nature and basic concepts of Ideological and political disciplines in senior high schools are consistent with the purpose of career planning education.Permeating career planning education in Ideological and political disciplines in senior high schools is not only conducive to promoting the realization of knowledge objectives,ability objectives and emotional attitudes and values of Ideological and political disciplines,but also conducive to cultivating students' career awareness and improving students' career planning ability.Strength and practical ability will lay a good foundation for entering society in the future.Based on the above reasons,this paper takes "the application of career planning education in high school ideological and political disciplines under the background of Zhejiang New College Entrance Examination Reform" as the research direction,and through the comprehensive analysis of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,case study and comprehensive inquiry,puts forward three corresponding effective ways: carefully studying political textbooks and basing on career.Carrier of planning education;pay attention to students' needs in an all-round way,open up new channels of career planning education;make use of social resources of all parties to improve the practicality of career planning education.In addition to the introduction,this paper mainly discusses from four parts:The main content of the first part is a brief description of high school career planning education.By analyzing the essence,content,characteristics and objectives of high school career planning education,help students fully understand career planning education,fully understand themselves,awaken students' career awareness,guide students to actively explore their careers in high school,and improve their career planning ability and practical ability.The main content of the second part is to analyze the relationship between Ideological and political discipline and career planning education.Due to the particularity of the nature,concept and function of the ideological and political discipline and the particularity of political teachers,the ideological and political discipline should establish a unique positioning in the career planning education:solve the "embarrassment of course selection" and improve the attraction of the ideological and political curriculum;Ease the "pain of reform" and promote the gradual improvement of the reform of the new college entrance examination;Help students grasp the "golden critical period" and realize self-development as soon as possible;Implement the socialist core values and strengthen the ideological leading role of political disciplines.The main content of the third part is to analyze the deficiencies and reasons of the infiltration of Ideological and political disciplines into career planning education under the background of the new college entrance examination.Taking Jianhu middle school in Keqiao district as an example,the analysis shows that the current deficiency is that ideological and political teachers generally do not pay attention to infiltrating career planning education in Ideological and political teaching,and the methods of Ideological and political teachers infiltrating career planning education are single and backward.There are two reasons for this deficiency: first,the new college entrance examination puts forward new requirements for senior high school career planning education;second,the new college entrance examination puts forward new requirements for ideological and political disciplines: the status of political disciplines is challenged,students' values are affected,the post of political teachers is impacted,and the political teaching mode is affected.The main content of the fourth part is to briefly describe the effective strategies to strengthen career planning education in the ideological and political discipline of senior high school.First,we should dig into the compulsory contents of Ideological and political courses,develop elective contents,and build the best carrier of career planning education;Second,we should improve the evaluation mechanism,build an all-round development evaluation system,and form a powerful booster of career planning education;Third,we should explore the practice channels of Ideological and political discipline,implement the guidance of core values,and enhance the vitality of career planning education.
