| China's economic and social development in the new era has made some bright achievements.China's GDP reached 99.09 trillion yuan in 2019,and China's per capita GDP exceeded $10,000.But as the size of the economy grows,economic growth slows,and some social problems,such as the difficulty of employment,begin to emerge.In the environment where the competition pressure of the whole job market,the employment difficulty of college students who lack social experience also increases.Rational analysis of the problem of employment difficulties of college students,in addition to the expansion of college enrollment,the increase in the number of college graduates leading to the pressure of competition in the talent market and other objective reasons,college students' own concept of career selection and social reality is also one of the important reasons.The view of college students' choice of employment is the concentrated reflection and embodiment of college students' choice of employment in the new era.To further interpret the connotation of college students' view of choosing a job in the new era,we should pay attention to distinguish the research theme,accurately analyze the new problems faced by college students in the process of choosing a job in the new era,at the same time,we should further consider the new era development background caused by the new problems.On the basis of the uniqueness of ideological and political education it can use individual function to guide college students to realize the survival,development and enjoyment of their career,this paper focuses on three parts.The first part mainly discusses the role of ideological and political education in the formation of college students' outlook on employment.In the form of empirical research,it provides abundant data for the exposition.Starting from the connotation and function of ideological and political education,this paper supports the great role that ideological and political education can play in the formation of college students' outlook on career selection.The role of ideological and political education in the formation of college students' outlook on career selection is mainly reflected in the function of individual survival,development and enjoyment.The exertion of individual function can further guide college students' concept of choosing a job in line with the reality of the development of talent market,and also play an irreplaceable role in further improving college students' psychological quality,moral behavior level,pragmatic and rational view of choosing a job and so on.The second part is the present situation of college students' outlook on employment in the new era.Ideological and political education plays a great role in the cultivation of college students' outlook on employment,and there is no doubt that there are great advantages.However,with the changing reality of career selection,college students still face one problem or another.To understand these problems,it is necessary to understand the connotation,historical changes and the main problems of college students' view of career selection in the new era.The third part constructs the ideological and political education mode which adapts to the university students' scientific choice of employment.The construction of the mode of ideological and political education adapted to college students' view of scientific career selection needs to start from two aspects,first of all,from optimizing the external environment of ideological and political education,and cultivating college students' view of scientific career selection needs to think deeply from optimizing the family environment,social environment and peer group environment.Secondly,from the ideological and political education work itself,we should put forward the ideological and political education program that matches the scientific career selection view of college students. |
