Research On Evaluation Of Top Talents In Social Sciences In China

Whether it is from the development of top talents or the work of China's talent strategy,the evaluation of top talents is an important link and condition.The traditional talent evaluation system of reward and punishment is not only flawed in the principles and objectives established in the current era,but also needs to be improved in the selection of indicators and system architecture,which is not conducive to the development of talents.Aiming at specific fields and groups of people,the purpose is to promote the development of top talents,change the single rigid evaluation method,and maximize its personal value.First,the research theme is set to the top talent evaluation research in the social sciences field.Through extensive reading of the literature,the relevant research results and reflections at home and abroad are reviewed,and the research directions of talent evaluation at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,by defining the connotation of talent evaluation,as well as explaining and explaining the theoretical basis and existing methods of talent evaluation,the advantages and disadvantages of various current methods are pointed out,and this is used as the basis for constructing an evaluation system in this paper.Extension method to construct evaluation system.Then,through the basic explanation of the connotation and application of the matter-element extension model,the principles of selecting indicators and the interpretation of specific indicators were explained,and the top social science talents in the four aspects of scientific research results,teaching achievements,talent titles,and employment status were constructed.Evaluate the system and determine the corresponding weight coefficients given to the indicators using the entropy weight method.Next,this article selects a certain scale of scholars in the field of graphic information,applies the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,and conducts empirical analysis.Finally,the research conclusions of this paper are summarized from threeaspects: indicators,research methods and empirical research.At the same time,explain the shortcomings of this research and the future research prospects.In this paper,through the research on the evaluation of top talents in social sciences,an innovative "entropy weight-matter-element extension" evaluation model system is adopted,and the matter-element extension method is transplanted into the field of talent evaluation.Finally,a comprehensive and systematic The standardized evaluation index system provides some thoughts for the reform of the evaluation of top talents in the social sciences field in China.
