Junior high school students are in the early stage of youth development,in this stage of students lack of cognition,easy to impulse,psychological resilience role is obvious.In order to improve the psychological resilience of junior high school students,this study is divided into two parts.Firstly,the psychological resilience level of junior high school students is tested by the adolescent psychological resilience scale,and the results of psychological resilience of junior high school students are further analyzed from the aspects of gender,grade,divorced family and only child.On this basis,through the way of taekwondo intervention,taekwondo training was designed to intervene the psychological resilience of junior high school students,and the content was designed in five aspects,including target focus,positive cognition,emotion control,interpersonal assistance and family support.According to the research results,taekwondo intervention can effectively improve the mental resilience level of junior high school students,and the effect is significant.Specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Most junior high school students' mental resilience is above the average level,and they have certain psychological resilience.In the further investigation of gender,age,only child,divorced family and other types,the psychological resilience of junior high school students was found to be significantly different.(2)The effect of taekwondo training on improving the psychological resilience of junior high school students has been proved that taekwondo training can effectively improve individual positive cognition,goal focus,emotional control,family assistance and interpersonal assistance.Among them,family assistance and interpersonal assistance had the highest significance,and there were some changes in goal focus and emotion control,but the gap was smaller in positive cognition.(3)The action study of sports intervention showed that both cases werewell adapted,greatly improved in interpersonal assistance factor and emotional control factor,and also improved in target focus factor.(4)Psychological resilience is an individual's good adaptation to pressure and adversity and a positive coping style.Improving the psychological resilience of junior high school students can ensure their normal growth to a certain extent.As a subordinate branch of sports,taekwondo has various characteristics of sports.Through overall experiments and case studies,it is proved that taekwondo training can be an important mode of sports intervention,and it is effective to intervene psychology through taekwondo training.
