Objective:To explore the impact of 12-week moderate-intensity football and cheerleading exercises on junior high school students' coping styles, mental flexibility and mental health, and further explore the relationship between the four,so as to improve the coping of junior high school students when choosing football and cheerleading exercises in the future Provide theoretical basis for improving psychological flexibility and improve mental health and formulate exercise practice intervention programs for reference.Research methods:Convenient sampling was used to randomly select a total of 150 students from 3 classes of a junior high school in Zhenjiang City as the initial experiment subjects.Finally,138 students were determined as the experimental research objects, and they were divided into 45 people in the football group(soccer project);45 people in the cheerleading group(leer exercises);48 people in the control group(regular physical education). The duration of exercise intervention was 12 weeks,3 times/week,each time a total of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, and the control group did not exercise intensity control. The "Middle School Student Coping Style Scale","Middle School Student Mental Resilience Scale" and "Adolescent Mental Health Scale" were used to measure in class groups.Results:(1)After 6 weeks of medium-intensity football and cheerleading, the coping style, mental flexibility and mental health of junior high school students have been significantly improved(P<0.05).The effect of exercise intervention for 12 weeks was significantly better than that of 6 weeks, and the intervention effect was positively correlated with time, and the intervention effect increased with the increase of the intervention time.(2)After the 12-week experimental intervention, there was an interaction between time and group in both positive coping style and negative coping style of junior high school students(P<0.05),and the main effect of time was significant(P<0.05).There is an interaction between time and group in the mental flexibility and mental health of junior high school students(P<0.05),and the main effect of time and group is significant(P<0.05).(3)Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between football and mental health, accounting for 18.60%of the total effect;psychological resilience plays a mediating role between cheerleading and mental health, accounting for 29.45%of the total effect;negative coping styles are between football and mental health.Mental health plays a partial mediating role, accounting for 23.43%of the total effect;negative coping styles play a partial mediating role between cheerleading and mental health,12.60%of the total effect;negative coping styles and mental flexibility are in football and mental health Part of the intermediary role between the series, accounting for 7.49%of the total effect;positive coping style, mental flexibility play a partial intermediary role between cheerleading and mental health, accounting for 11.13%of the total effect;negative coping style, psychological flexibility Lala exercises and mental health play a partial sequence intermediary role, accounting for 10.31%of the total effect.Conclusion:1.Medium-intensity football and cheerleading have a positive impact on junior high school students' coping style, mental flexibility and mental health, and the intervention time is proportional to the intervention effect.2.Medium-intensity football and cheerleading exercises can directly affect the mental health of junior high school students, and at the same time indirectly affect the mental health of junior high school students through mental flexibility.3.Medium-intensity football and cheerleading exercises can directly affect the mental health of junior high school students, and at the same time indirectly affect the mental health of junior high school students through negative coping styles.4.Medium-intensity football and cheerleading exercises can directly affect the mental health of junior high school students. At the same time,it indirectly affects the mental health of junior high school students through mental flexibility through reducing negative coping methods;at the same time cheerleading exercises indirectly through mental flexibility through positive coping methods.Affect the mental health of junior high school students.
