University science parks are playing an increasingly important role in the innovation system.It is an important platform for universities to realize the transformation of scientific research results,an incubation base for high-tech companies,and an important part of the national innovation system.The university science park provides auxiliary services in terms of achievement transformation and business incubation,and plays an active role in strengthening personnel training and cooperation between industry,university and research.At present,research in university science and technology parks focuses on qualitative research on functional models and quantitative research on measuring efficiency.There is less research on combining the two,especially from the empirical anyway.The research of this thesis mainly includes three parts.The first part takes the National University Science Park as the research object,and based on a review of relevant literature,constructs a model of factors affecting the innovation efficiency of national university science and technology parks,taking material funds,human resources,and infrastructure as internal supporting factors at the micro level,and treating government,enterprises,and universities as science and technology park operations The main synergistic factors of the system include financing,policy,and market as the external factors that affect the operation of the system.In the second part,the DEA method is used to evaluate the innovation efficiency of national university science and technology parks in different regions of China,and it mainly analyzes the innovation efficiency differences of 22 provinces and cities from 2012 to 2017.It was found that during this period,the comprehensive efficiency value showed a downward trend,the development fluctuated greatly,and the regional differences were obvious.The third part,based on the previous two parts,combines previous research and the characteristics of the science and technology park,summarizes the influencing factors,constructs a mechanism model of the factors affecting the innovation efficiency of the national university science and technology park,and conducts an empirical study of the anyway model.The results found that the innovation efficiency of national university science and technology parks is different,and their influencing factors are different.The specific manifestations are as follows: provinces and cities with high innovation efficiency in science and technology parks are affected by internal and external factors;provinces and cities with moderate innovation efficiency in science and technology parks.Not only is it affected by internal and external factors,but also by the subject's synergistic factors and interest-driven factors;provinces and cities with low innovation efficiency in science and technology parks are only affected by internal factors.Finally,based on this conclusion,we draw a few suggestions for optimization countermeasures and propose countermeasures.This thesis try to identify internal mechanisms that affect innovation efficiency of university science and technology parks.Through empirical analysis of the mechanism model anyway,it supplements relevant research targeted at national university science and technology parks,and provides reference values for local science and technology parks to formulate relevant policies and improve technological innovation capabilities.
