An Analysis Of Factors Affecting Industrial Agglomeration Of SUS National Science & Technology Park

SUS National Science & Technology Park is located in Wujiaochang,Yangpu District,Shanghai,which was established in November 2009.It was officially listed as a state-level science & technology park in January 2013.China's sports industry has been developing rapidly as a result of state and local governments' policy endorsement.Therefore,as the sole sports related national science & technology park in China,SUS National Science & Technology Park now attaches its attention to satisfy sports industry's increasing demand and attract sports related corporations to register and operate.At the current stage,it is of great significance to explore factors that influence SUS National Science & Technology Park's industrial cluster for the purposes of chartering its future route,propelling the foundation of industrial cluster arena,generating good sports industry's atmosphere,motivating sports industry to develop robustly.This paper study the factors influencing the sports industry agglomeration of SUS National Science & Technology Park,including theoretical and empirical parts.The first part is the theoretical part,including two chapters.The first and second chapters expound the research background,purpose and significance,the framework of this paper,collect relevant researches at home and abroad,and define the main concepts of this paper,it analyzes Marshall's external scale economy theory and industrial agglomeration theory,describes the research methods and research routes.The second part is empirical part.Firstly,it analysis of the development status of SUS National Science & Technology Park,which was include the number of enterprises,the development of tax revenue and the status of registered enterprises in2018.Then the author was committed to select the factors affecting the agglomeration of sports industry,through design a questionnaire and obtain survey data,then analyze the collected data by SPSS22.0.The exploratory factor analysis is used to analyze the important factors of sports industry agglomeration in Park.Based on the analysis results,a model consisting of five factors was formed: Location conditions,humanresources,policy support,ancillary service and industry level.The confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)verifies measurement model of influencing factors of Sports Industry Agglomeration in the Park,and the internal consistency of the model.Through these results,it is verified that the design of the measurement model of this study is reasonable and reliable,which can prove the influencing factors of the park.Finally,based on results of the questionnaire survey,the regression analysis between enterprise satisfaction and corporate behavior will be carried out,four factors,including industry level,location conditions,human resources and policy support,have a positive impact on corporate behavior willingness.This study has proposed meaningful suggestions to the industrial cluster of SUS National Science & Technology Park,which also stands as a reference for its further development in the future.
