Research On The Supply Of Public Sports Services For The Elderly In Wuhan

With the deepening of aging,the elderly groups are more and more valued by the state,government and society.Sports for the aged is an important part of public service and the cause of the aged in China,and also an important part of the implementation of the National People's livelihood project and the protection of people's pursuit of a better life.At present,coping with the problem of population aging has become a long-term strategic task.Improving the health level of the elderly is the premise of improving the quality of life of the elderly,and improving the public sports service for the elderly is a convenient,economic and effective way to actively respond to the aging population.However,it is an indisputable fact that there are many contradictions between the unitary supply mechanism of public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan and the growing sports demand of the public at present.To improve the effectiveness of the supply of public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan by means of dynamic management is to promote the social and economic development of our country,help the construction of a harmonious society,realize the strategic goal of healthy China and accelerate the development of the whole society It is of great significance to build a moderately prosperous society.This study takes the supply of public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan as the research object,using the research methods of literature,field survey,questionnaire,expert interview and logical analysis,analyzes the supply and demand of public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan,and puts forward the supply optimization strategy.The first part:introduction,describes the research background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research status,object and method,and explains why,what and how to study.The second part:defines the related concepts of public service,public sports service and public sports service supply.Based on the theory of supply and demand,the theory of new public management,the theory of new public service and the theory of supply side structural reform,it analyzes the realistic basis of supply in Wuhan from three aspects of politics,society and economy.The third part:Based on the supply objective,system guarantee,supply subject and supply content of the elderly public sports service in Wuhan,the paper analyzes the supply situation of the elderly public sports service in Wuhan.The fourth part:through combing and analyzing,we get the current situation of the supply of public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan and the existing difficulties and shortcomings.The fifth part,according to the plight of the supplyof public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan,puts forward practical optimization strategies to better provide effective supply for the elderly sports demand and develop public sports services for the elderly.According to the study:There are several difficulties in the supply of public sports services for the elderly in Wuhan : 1)poor supporting policies and regulations,insufficient restriction and implementation;2)single supply body,low participation of social forces;3)insufficient supply and unbalanced distribution of sports infrastructure;4)unreasonable supply structure of social sports instructors,insufficient health guidance service personnel;5)sports information The service supply channel is single,and the propaganda is not enough;6)the service coverage rate of health monitoring is low,and the supply effectiveness is poor.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:1)to improve the legal system and optimize the institutional environment for the supply of public sports services;2)to transform the unitary supply to the diversified supply and expand the supply channels;3)to optimize the allocation of sports venues and facilities and improve the supply efficiency;4)to optimize the supply structure of social sports instructors and carry out scientific fitness guidance;5)to expand comprehensive information services and intelligent applications,To carry out the accurate supply of sports information;6)to give full play to the function of the fitness monitoring center,and to enhance the service capacity of monitoring supply.
