Compared with the traditional training which only aims at the strength of large muscle groups, core stability training highlights the training of small muscle groups, and can strengthen the balance ability of human body, prevent sports injury and improve sports performance. As one of the core stability training methods,non-stability training has become a hot research object in recent years. However, the current training tools are mainly non-active equipment. The degree of non-active equipment's instability and use mode are fixed, which has certain limitations in training. Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of new training equipment in non stability training. In this paper,we analyzed the EMG signals of the core muscles of the upper limbs of 13 students when they were training on flat ground,Swiss ball and the Stewart platform through noraxon wireless surface electromyography tester and cometa inertial sensor equipment.Among them,The Stewart platform carried out translation along the coronary axis, rotation around the vertical axis, rotation around the sagittal axis and mixed motion, four kinds of motion modes in total Each movement mode is tested according to three different movement frequencies,i.e.1s(0.25Hz),0.5s(0.5Hz)and 0.2S(1.25Hz)for a single movement.Six muscles, including rectus abdominis, obliquus abdominis, latissimus dorsi, erector spinalis, multifidus and gluteus maximus, were selected to investigate the difference of muscle power generation effect when training with six degrees of freedom platform by comparing the RMS amplitude and integral EMG of muscle EMG activity under 14 states.Research findings:1)In this paper,we use sEMG and Cometa inertial sensor to test the muscle force effect. The experimental results show that the Stewart platform can be used as a new equipment for unsteady training.2)Under different frequencies, the activation degree of muscle is different, the exercise frequency is increased, and the activation degree of muscle is also increased correspondingly.3)The Stewart platform for different directions of movement, different muscle stimulation effect is also different. In the state of rotation around the vertical axis, the rectus abdominis, multifidus and gluteus maximus have higher activity than the other two single direction motionmodes;in the state of translation along the coronary axis, the latissimus dorsi and erector spinalis have higher activity than the other two single direction motion modes;in the state of rotation around the sagittal axis, the obliquity abdominis have higher activity than the other two single direction motion modes.4)The Stewart platform expands the limitation of non-active training equipment, and makes muscles more active.
