| As the rural surplus labor force,the new generation of migrant workers is also the main force of the current urban construction.Strengthening the quality education and vocational skills training of the new generation of migrant workers is an important way to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force,improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of the new generation of migrant workers,and increase the family income of the new generation of migrant workers.This study takes the new generation of migrant workers in a city of Hubei Province as the research object.It is concluded that the education level of the new generation of migrant workers is generally improved,and it is easier to accept new skills and new knowledge.The proportion of people who want to participate in skills training is more than 50 %.Considering the influencing factors such as training time,place,form and economy,the most willing training method for the respondents is online(mobile)training.In addition,according to the research on the background and current situation of the skills training and employment of the new generation of migrant workers,this thesis proposes to use mobile Internet,new media,big data and other technologies to build an online skills training and employment platform for the new generation of migrant workers.Through the skill portrait function,the job skills are matched to achieve accurate training and promote accurate employment.At the same time,the big data analysis technology is used to construct the market human resources supply and demand information monitoring system and the unemployment early warning system of migrant workers.The employment growth,unemployment level,market supply and demand status of migrant workers are tracked and evaluated,and the implementation of subsidy policies is followed up.It is expected to improve the professional quality and employment level of the new generation of migrant workers.The management department makes scientific decisions to promote the development of China ’s productive forces to a certain extent.After the completion of the platform,functional tests and performance tests were carried out.The online learning function,employment promotion through training,and large-screen display functions can be realized.In addition,the representatives of the new generation of migrant workers were selected to evaluate the trial effect of the platform.74 % of the representatives of migrant workers believed that online skills training can provide great help to the work.They generally agreed with the content and functional design of the platform,which verified the feasibility and generalization of the online skills training and employment platform for the new generation of migrant workers.The research of this thesis is of great value and reference significance for improving the labor skills of migrant workers,alleviating the structural employment contradiction and maintaining the stability of employment. |
