Accordingto the evaluative criteria of training effect and the effective samples surveyed, the thesis analyzes thefactors on training effect, and in terms of the factors, raising suggest and strategies to enhance the trainingeffect from4bodies, in order to help key English teacher completely give play to the power of model andthe power of influence and build a team of English teacher with high-level research ability and teachingability. In the end, the thesis summarizes the research disadvantages and raises the further researchdirection.
