| Standing long jump is an important content in junior high school teaching,as well as an important index to evaluate students’ jumping ability.Its performance is closely related to students’ physical quality,especially their lower limb strength.Deep jump exercise is an important means to develop lower limb strength,and it is very effective to improve lower limb take-off ability.Through the in-depth study of standing long jump practice technology found that practice in the process of junior middle school students standing long jump,jump deep practice spacing and height of the combination of the lack of related research,based on the principles of force vector theory and training of specificity,jump to a certain depth under high standing long jump deep practice,practice the effect will be affected by the jump of deep space.Through the experiment,this study compared the experimental group A(increasing spacing combination jump deep practice),the experimental group B(reduced spacing combination jump deep practice),the experimental C(fixed spacing combination deep practice)for special quality and its grade differences in the standing long jump,discusses different spacing combination of jump,the influence of practice of standing long jump,combining data suitable for junior high school boys standing long jump deep spacing combination of practice,in order to help students scientific and effective to improve the standing long jump results,research shows that:(1)is standing long jump sports skill level,the force vector theory,based on the effective use of stretching,shorten the development cycle is jumping performance of the key factors,different spacing combination of jumping deep practice of standing long jump technique effect each have emphasize particularly on,by increasing spacing combination practice applying level power forward,can effectively promote the out standing long jump take-off,empty,and the calf technology;Using the combination practice of decreasing distance to exert the horizontal downward force can effectively promote the standing long jump pre-swing technology and landing technology.Using the combination of fixed spacing to apply horizontal force can effectively promote the standing long jump pre-swing technique.(2)different spacing combination of deep practice special influence students’ physical quality,combination of in-situ experiment after increasing spacing vertical jump high touch,foot single foot the sum of 5,30 meters timing,level 3 leapfrog results improve the sharpest,fixed spacing combination and reduced spacing combination increase in situ 60 seconds rope skipping is greater than the increasing spacing combination.After the experiment,there was no difference between 30 second timing and 60 second rope skipping among the three groups,and gradually increasing spacing was better than other groups in other diathesis items.(3)platform height is 45 cm,under the condition of the junior high school boys jump deep different spacing combination practice,students standing long jump technology club,increasing spacing combination,reduced space combination,fixed spacing combination in skill judge on no differences in the process of the pendulum,the takeoff stage,in the fly,landing stage,increasing combination of jumping deep practice skill evaluation result is better than the other two groups.(4)According to the theory of force vector and the principle of training specificity,combined with the psychological characteristics of junior high school boys,in order to develop students’ performance in standing long jump,deep jump exercises are carried out under the appropriate height of deep jump,and the combination of increasing distance is the most effective.The combination of increasing distance is more suitable for the structure of the exercise. |
