article uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics method to theoretically analyze the characteristics of the Winter Paralympic Ice Hockey Project,and build a scientific structure by establishing an index structure,determining index weights,and screening and testing methods.A complete
