With the continuous approach of the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022,curling,as a traditional advantage item in China's ice and snow sports,is undertaking the heavy task of competing for gold and silver.On the basis of the continuous accumulation of curling special skills and tactics at this stage,physical fitness,as a powerful means to enhance the special competitiveness,has received more and more attention.And how to design a scientific and reasonable periodic physical training plan according to different training backgrounds and training goals,so as to help athletes improve their athletic ability and achieve ideal competition results,this is an eternal theme worthy of consideration and research by every physical coach.This article takes the 19-year periodic fitness training program of the cross-border cross-event curling national training team as the research object.During the pre-season preparation phase,according to the schedule of the periodic fitness plan,20 cross-border cross-event curling athletes will perform systematic physical fitness training.Perform systematic physical fitness tests at the beginning and end of the preparation phase,and perform statistics and analysis on the results of the two tests to verify the effectiveness of the periodic fitness training plan implementation and provide empirical reference for the continuous optimization of the fitness training plan.This article mainly uses literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical analysis method for research and analysis.SPSS20 data analysis software is used to sort and analyze the results of physical fitness test before and after the experiment using the statistical method of paired sample T test.Research on the impact of the implementation of the periodic physical training program on the physical fitness level of cross-boundary and cross-event curling athletes,and provide a reference for the continued optimization of the physical training program to enhance the training effect and the in-depth study of curling specific physical training.Research results:1.The physical fitness level of the cross-border and cross-curling curling national training team has been significantly improved after the periodic physical training program.Among them,the whole team did not have a significant difference in the "3 minutes skipping rope" test.In addition to the difference in sex(P>0.05),the results of other 24 physical fitnesstests all showed significant differences(P<0.05).This shows that the periodic physical training program has a positive effect on the improvement of the physical level of the cross-border and cross-curling team.2.The implementation of the periodic physical training program has a greater effect on the improvement of the fitness levels of young athletes and female athletes;the periodic physical training program has a relatively greater impact on the improvement of the strength and balance of cross-border and cross-curling athletes,Followed by absolute strength and aerobic endurance,and the effect of improving explosiveness and sensitivity is relatively small.Research conclusions:1.There are certain differences in the effectiveness of the implementation of the periodic fitness training plan of each group,the main reason is that it is affected by the athlete's age,gender,development level,previous physical fitness basis,test scores and the implementation of the periodic training plan It is caused by various factors such as its effect,physical condition at the time of testing,injury and illness.2.By using the cycle training theory to formulate a reasonable physical training plan,you can set goals for different sports qualities at different cycle stages,so that a variety of physical qualities can develop in concert,and ultimately achieve the goal of jointly improving the athletes' overall physical fitness level.3.The periodic physical training plan developed for the cross-border and cross-curling national training team,although it can improve the overall fitness level of athletes,it still has certain limitations.This limitation is mainly reflected in: failure to target Athletes of different genders and different age groups develop early physical fitness levels and overall athletic levels to develop targeted physical fitness training plans.It is recommended to develop physical fitness training plans based on personalization.
