Research On Cross-border E-commerce Talents' Training Mode In Fujian Secondary Vocational Schools In The New Era

At present,China's economy has entered a new normal,and it is urgent to cultivate new kinetic energy and innovative new trade models.Despite the global economic downturn,China's foreign trade growth has slowed down in recent years,but cross-border e-commerce transactions have experienced explosive growth,becoming the fastestgrowing,most dynamic and innovative new trade format in the Internet era.The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and the emergence of a series of emerging businesses have also created a huge demand for cross-border e-commerce talents such as e-commerce,IT,international trade,and legal personnel.Unlike ordinary electric traders,cross-border electric traders need to have an international vision,be able to adapt to the global market,and master the high-end composite professional skills.Although many secondary vocational colleges have trained a large number of students with international trade knowledge or e-commerce skills to adapt to the development of cross-border ecommerce,there are still insufficient reserves of compound talents,graduates' professional knowledge is not solid,and knowledge is outdated.Problems such as disconnection in practice have severely restricted the development of cross-border e-commerce and affected China's adaptation and participation in the global supply chain transformation process.Fujian is one of the fastest-growing cross-border e-commerce import and export centers in the country.The number of cross-border e-commerce sellers ranks fourth in the country,but the huge talent gap also restricts the leap-forward development of Fujian's cross-border e-commerce industry.This study conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of cross-border electricity merchants training in Fujian secondary vocational colleges,analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and draws on the successful model of cross-border electric merchants training in other secondary vocational colleges in the country,and finally combines with Fujian.Based on the actual situation of the province,the countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of the cross-border electricity merchants training mode in secondary vocational colleges are put forward.This research is discussed from four aspects:The introduction mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and research innovations,and carries out literature review.The first chapter analyzes the current situation of supply and demand of cross-border electricity merchants in Fujian Province,and defines the concepts of cross-border ecommerce,cross-border e-commerce talents,and talent training mode.The second chapter examines the current situation of the cross-border electric talent training model in Fujian secondary vocational colleges,and analyzes the problems and reasons in the cultivation of cross-border electric merchants.The third chapter draws on the successful training experience of cross-border electric merchants in the two secondary vocational colleges in Guangzhou and Hangzhou.The fourth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of the cross-border electric talent training model in Fujian secondary vocational colleges from three aspects: "Ideal Breakthrough","Path Construction" and "Main Protection".The conclusion,summarizing the research and analyzing the inadequacies of the research.
