With the "The Belt and Road","China ASEAN Free Trade Zone" strategic concept proposed,the landing of relevant policies and implementation of many projects,the development of China's cross-border e-commerce had achieved rapidly.As an important way to boost china's domestic demand,cross-border e-commerce has become a new economic growth point for economic development in china.Therefore,there are high requirements for the quantity and quality of talents in this field.However,talents have become the main bottleneck restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce.Nanning,the core city of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,is an important gateway to link up the maritime Silk Road and the Silk Road Economic Belt in twenty-first Century.The development of cross border e-commerce in Nanning plays an important role in the effective utilization of Guangxi's advantages and Asean Resources and the expansion of the international trade market.At present,the training of cross-border e-commerce ta lents in Nanning is still in the exploration stage.It is the starting point and foothold of this study that how to realize the upgrading of talents and the synchronous and rapid development of cross-border e-commerce.As for how to realize the incremental upgrading of talents and the synchronous and rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,relevant further studies and analyzes are necessary.On the basis of analyzing the development status of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad,comparing the development status of cross-border e-commerce in Nanning,In addition to,the supply and demand of cross-border e-commerce personnel in Nanning are analyzed.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is found that there are problems in Nanning cross-border e-commerce personnel training,such as: the imperfect government policy system for the training of cross-border e-commerce personnel,the poor supply quality of cross-border e-commerce personnel in Nanning colleges and universities,the low education level of enterprises and social participation in cross-border e-commerce which unable to meet the needs of the development of cross-border e-commerce in Nanning.The research shows that the training of cross-border e-commerce personnel in Nanning should be based on the market demand.The cooperation mechanism that guided by the government,the University as the main body,the enterprise as the platform and the industry as the link should be put into effect,to build a new mode of cross-border e-commerce personnel training,So as to effectively promote the development of cross-border e-commerce talents and the comprehensive development of cross-border e-commerce in Nanning and even Guangxi.Therefore,targeted strategies to improve cross-border e-commerce talents training in Nanning are put forward.The first is to build a collaborative education and training mode of school,government,enterprise and social integration.The second is to build a service guarantee mechanism for cross-border e-commerce talents to play a role.The third is to build inspections and evaluations mechanism which can make the cross border e-commerce talents to play a role,in order to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce talents,and truly promote the overall development of Nanning's cross-border e-commerce.
