Teaching feedback is an interactive activity of information transmission between teachers and students around teaching activities.Teaching feedback includes many aspects:feedback between teachers and students,feedback between students and students,feedback between teaching methods and students.There are many ways of teaching feedback,including observation learning,ontology feedback,video feedback and so on.Most of the feedback in physical education teaching is based on traditional observation and learning,especially the traditional teaching of motor skills,which is basically explained,demonstrated and guided by teachers,observed and imitated by students.Although the traditional teaching method is often used in the teaching of motor skills,it highlights the shortcomings in the teaching process of motor skills,such as the poor effect of learning promotion,the insufficient feedback of motor learning,and the lack of active teaching atmosphere,which leads to the low interest of students in learning and the insufficient stimulation of their independent learning ability.The study of movement skill is the core content of the physical education in Colleges and universities nowadays.Therefore,the mastery of new movement skill not only affects the physical health of undergraduates,but also has a positive impact on the cultivation of their physical exercise habits.Therefore,how to improve the teaching level and learning efficiency of movement skill is an important topic of the physical education in Colleges and universities at present.At present,the teaching of swimming skills in Colleges and universities is generally based on the traditional teaching method.Because of the instilling teaching method of teachers,the students are very concerned about the course content they are learning at present,but ignore the awareness of wrong movements,which is not conducive to the learning and mastering of swimming skills for undergraduates.It is well known that swimming skill teaching is very special.Firstly,the water environment is the external environment of swimming skill acquisition;secondly,the human body often completes the body movement in the water in a prone or supine posture,which puts forward extremely high motion control requirements for the neuromuscular control and coordinated force generation of limbs required to complete the technical action,which is the internal condition of swimming skill acquisition;finally As swimming is a unique way of human body immersed in water,the teaching feedback of teachers and the learning observation of students are bound to be "blocked" and influenced by the water environment,which greatly reduces the teaching feedback of teachers and increases the difficulty of Undergraduates' hand holding swimmingskills.Therefore,how to effectively promote students' correct understanding of swimming skills and get more teaching feedback information will be a reliable means to help students learn and master swimming skills effectively.With the advent of information society,smart phones,computers and other communication devices are becoming more and more popular.In the field of education,smart phones and other communication devices are playing a more important role.In sports teaching,more and more sports items are applied to the video feedback technology,so as to better promote the students' learning and mastering of new skills.For the learning of swimming skills that can't observe the changes of self technical movements,we can record the technical movements by video recording,give the students timely correction and improvement of technical movements,or help the students form a correct understanding and understanding of swimming technical movements by watching the technical movements video of high-level swimmers,master the Essentials of each movement,and finally improve the swimming movements Skill learning efficiency.Therefore,the application of video observation learning method to the teaching of swimming skills can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching of swimming skills,such as the untimely teaching feedback,the rigid curriculum atmosphere and so on.In this paper,through the methods of documentary,expert interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and teaching experiment,we explore the application effect of video observation learning method in the teaching of swimming skills for undergraduates in physical education colleges.We take two groups of general swimming courses for undergraduates in Wuhan Physical Education College as the experimental teaching group,and carry out the activity by combining video observation learning with traditional teaching For skill teaching,the group 1 of general swimming course for undergraduates majoring in physical education was taken as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was used to carry out action skill teaching.The two groups were only different in the way of video observation learning and teaching organization,while the two groups of undergraduates were consistent in the content,hours,teaching frequency and traditional observation learning of swimming action skills.The control group and the experimental group were adopted After summarizing the results of the comparative analysis of undergraduate's learning interest,initiative,mid-term and final swimming performance evaluation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the comparative analysis of the technical score and sports performance of the25 meter breaststroke kicking,the experimental group is better than the control group in bothindicators,which proves that the video observation learning method has a more positive effect on the undergraduate breaststroke kicking skills learning.2.Through the comparative analysis of the score difference of the questionnaire before and after the teaching experiment,it is found that the interest and initiative of the experimental group are better than that of the control group,which proves that the video observation learning method has a more positive effect on the promotion and mobilization of the interest of the undergraduate breaststroke movement skills learning.3.Through the comparative analysis of the two indexes of the technical score and the performance of the 50 m breaststroke,the undergraduates in the experimental group are better than those in the control group in both indexes,which proves that the video observation learning method has a more positive effect on the Undergraduates' breaststroke complete cooperation technical learning and the whole body movement coordination control.4.Compared with the traditional observation learning,video observation learning has a more positive effect on Undergraduates' interest in learning swimming skills and their acquisition of action skills.Therefore,compared with traditional observation learning,video observation learning is an effective teaching method of swimming skills,which should be extended in the teaching of swimming skills in Colleges and universities.
