Strategies Research On The Learning Motivation Of Graduate Students Under The Construction Of Learning Society

With the development and popularization of higher education,College enrollment expansion has become an inevitable trend.Under this trend,the devaluation,low level and difficult employment of graduate students have increasingly become the focus of social concern.These problems are influenced by many factors,including individuals,schools,society and families.As a result,there are many problems in the educational process of postgraduates in physical education institutions,which also leads to the lack of motivation level of postgraduates in physical education institutions.In the process of building the learning society,the problem of learning motivation is much more prominent.In this study,graduate students from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected as the subject of investigation,and the basic line was "preliminary investigation,literature reading,selection of topics,interview outline,questionnaire design,data collection and analysis,conclusions and suggestions",and a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research Way,combined with learning society theory,demand level theory,and expectation theory,analyzes the learning motivation of postgraduates in sports colleges and puts forward strategies for the development of postgraduate learning motivation in sports colleges.This study draws conclusions through the relevant analysis of the survey results of postgraduates' learning motivation in sports colleges.Under the background of building a learning society,the motivation of postgraduates in sports colleges is insufficient.First,there is a time-varying change in the learning motivation of postgraduates in sports colleges;second,the level of postgraduate learning needs of sports colleges is low;third,the motivation for postgraduate learning in sports colleges is in three levels: grade,degree category and graduation plan There are significant differences;Fourth,internal motivation is the main factor that affects the motivation of graduate students in sports colleges;Finally,the awareness of lifelong learning of graduate students in sports colleges is lacking.Based on this,the motivation motivation strategy for postgraduates' learning motivation in sports colleges is proposed,that is,to pursue individual development with individual learning,to stimulatelearning motivation with organizational learning,and to cultivate the consciousness of lifelong learning for graduate students.It has certain reference significance for the study of postgraduates in sports colleges and the education and reform of postgraduates in sports colleges.
