Comparison And Analysis Of The Data Of U21 Players Before And After The New Policy

On February 15,2019,CFA issued the notice on the detailed rules for the implementation of relevant policies of the second level league of CFA,which clearly put forward the detailed rules for the cultivation of U21 players.The purpose of this paper is to promote the cultivation of football reserve talents through U21 new policy,and solve the problem of lack of young talents in China.In this paper,the 2018 and 2019 Chinese Football League2 U21 players appearance data,League data as the research object,through the literature,competition technology statistics,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods.Based on the analysis of the influence of the new deal of League2U21 players on the whole league and U21 players in 2019,the following results are obtained:(1)the League data reflect that after the implementation of U21 policy,the league level of China League2 has not declined significantly,but it is likely to be developing in a more positive direction in terms of competition content and competition level.(2)Based on the grey correlation analysis of U21 players' playing time and points obtained in the Club of the League,it is found that the club's increasing use of U21 players does not lead to the decline of the team's League results,and there is a certain correlation between the club's increasing use of U21 players and the increase of League points(3)In 2019,the implementation of U21 new deal by League2 has played a positive role in increasing competition opportunities and accumulating competition experience for U21 players.However,after the implementation of the new deal,the average playing time of U21 players did not increase significantly,the proportion of players who obtained the main position decreased,and the proportion of substitute players increased,which shows that U21 players still need to improve their competitiveness to strive for their position(4)after the implementation of the new deal in2019 season,U21 players showed the majority of players on the sidelines.The U21 players who are in the position of the field manager(full back,wingers)obviously get more opportunities,while the U21 players in the position of the central axis(striker,midfield,center back,goalkeeper)don't get more opportunities.The following suggestions is:(1)after the implementation of U21 new policy,there is no obvious decline in league level and game quality in China B League,which has played a role in promoting U21 players to accumulate game experience and improve their ability,so we should continue to implement and deepen the U21 new policy scientifically.(2)It is suggested to further encourage the use of U21 players in Chinese Super League and Chinese top clubs(3)it is suggested to encourage theclubs to actively explore and cultivate their own youth training local talents,and improve the attention of the clubs and coaches to their own youth training young players from the policy aspect.Improve the use of U21 players in the central axis position,make up for the imbalance of playing opportunities between the side players and the middle players in the league,and comprehensively improve the reserve of outstanding young talents in each position.
