The field of teenagers is one of the important areas of social work.Teenagers will have a lot of problem behaviors in adolescence,such as campus bullying,suicide,crime,interpersonal communication,etc.,which are all the key issues of social concern.With the development of the times,people have begun to realize the seriousness of adolescent problem behavior,so scholars in various fields have begun to study the prevention and solution of adolescent behavior problems.Adolescence is an important stage of life,which is a critical period for the formation of teenagers' cognitive structure and personality structure.Therefore,it is very important to explore ways to solve and prevent teenagers' problems.The important way to solve the adolescent problem effectively is to prevent and correct in time in advance,but it needs a long time and high investment to solve and prevent the adolescent problem.In this period,teenagers haven't formed a complete personality structure and psychological structure.They are prone to act impulsively and self-centered.They begin to question the authority of their parents and teachers,and resist social norms.At this time,they are prone to have problems such as tension between parents and children,and disharmony between teachers and students.Most of these problems are due to rebellious behaviors caused by teenagers' rebellious psychology.On the premise of practice,this paper selects typical cases according to the different manifestations of rebellious behavior,takes teenagers as the basic objects of research and intervention,interviews,participatory observation and other methods as the basis for data collection,ABC theory,combined family therapy mode,social learning theory as the guidance,adhering to the concept of humanity,using the methods and skills of case work to explore social engineering To solve and prevent adolescent adolescent rebellious problem.Through the reflection of the service processand the evaluation of the intervention effect,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to alleviate the adolescent rebellious problem,which are mainly put forward from three aspects: the adolescent itself,parents and schools.Through practical research,it shows that the case work method can play a great advantage in intervening adolescent rebellious problem.The purpose of this study is to put forward targeted solutions to the problems of the client through the intervention of parent-child conflict,teacher-student relationship conflict,to help the client ease the family atmosphere,improve the conflict between teachers and students and the conflict between classmates,to create a healthy growth environment for teenagers,and to further explore the social work involved in adolescent rebellion New path.
