A Study On The Intervention Of Case Work In The Parent-child Relationship Tension Of Adolescents In The Rebellious Period

Adolescence is an important turning point in the process of individual growth and development.In this turning period,the drastic changes of body and mind make people experience unprecedented impact.If they can’t adapt quickly,they may produce rebellious emotions and behaviors under the influence of rebellious psychology,thus causing all kinds of problems.The tension between parents and children is one of the common problems.The bad parent-child relationship not only affects the growth and development of the rebellious teenagers themselves,but also affects the happiness and stability of their families and the long-term stability of the whole society.In order to help the rebellious teenagers with parent-child relationship tension correctly understand their special stage,master scientific and effective self-regulation methods,and establish close and harmonious parent-child relationship with their parents,social workers should carry out more exploration and research on the parent-child relationship tension of rebellious teenagers from their own professional perspective.This paper takes Z of T community in E city as the research object,under the guidance of family system theory,“people in the situation”theory and advantage perspective theory,and uses professional case work methods and skills to carry out in-depth analysis of the parent-child relationship tension of the research object.It not only clarifies the main causes of the problem,such as rebellious psychological interference,lack of adolescent education and wrong parenting style,but also makes a scientific and reasonable case service plan by fully combining the knowledge needs,physical and mental health needs and interpersonal needs of the research object.Through eight stages of case service activities,social worker and research subject face the tension between parents and children,learn adolescent health and health knowledge,select and master appropriate self-regulation methods,and understand the difficulties of parents as parents.At the same time,social worker tries to provide counseling to the parents of the research subject to help them reflect on the shortcomings of their children’s education in the past and realize the importance of parent-child communication for the maintenance of family relationship.On this basis,parents and children are encouraged to build an accurate and efficient parent-child communication mode to adjust the bad parent-child relationship.By comparing the emotion,behavior and parent-child intimacy of the subject before and after the service,it is found that the case work method of social work is effective in intervening in the parent-child tension of adolescents in the rebellious period.
