Nowadays,accepting quality education has become the fashion of the society.It has made more schools develop into high-performing schools that take on the responsibility of high-quality talents.Enable students to form a positive state of mind and a healthy personality,and enable students to acquire harmonious education,is an important mission of people engaged in educational theory research and education practice.It is also an education reform and research in all countries of the world key topics.As the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Hohhot has achieved remarkable results in terms of speeding up the planning and construction of schools,improving the quality of education,and expanding educational resources.The reason include that the local government have attached great importance to education.Secondly,Hohhot's education has built a good economic education.Meanwhile,Hohhot has already built a professional team,which is full of dedicative,qualified teachers.To build high-quality middle schools is requirement of education reform and Hohhot's educational development.However,from the actual situation,the construction of high-quality middle school is unsatisfied.We can find that high-quality middle schools are still a relatively scarce social education resource.Therefore,the study lays a foundation for further research by filling in a questionnaire which puts forward the following suggestions from the relevant teachers and students' parents in six typical middle schools in Hohhot.The current situation and existing problems in the construction and implementation of high-quality middle schools in Hohhot are analyzed in detail,and the reasons are explored.The paper mainly draws the following views: there is no unique running concept of high-quality school,neglecting the professional selfdevelopment of expert teachers,and there is a lowest satisfaction existing in the society.The reasons for the above problems are not rid of the inertia of the long-standing "test-oriented education";there are no major drawbacks to overcome the traditional teaching evaluation in high-quality school construction process,and the school culture construction is insufficient.The middle school is short of culture deposits.By solving the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions from the local government,schools,relevant teachers,and students' parents:(1)The Hohhot government should put emphasis on students' all round development instead of students' grade.(2)The school leaders should make much account of students' healthy development and comprehensive quality instead of helping them to make a high grade as follows: to care about teachers and students and make them feel happy,to establish advanced school philosophy,to build campus brand and brand school culture construction.It also includes that school should promote teaching evaluation system.(3)From teachers' perspective,they should convert teaching belief and promote their professional development for the creation of high-quality middle school in Hohhot.What's more,enable teachers to participate in collective activities.(4)Enable students' parents to participate in construct high-quality schools to promote the degree of satisfaction in society.The students' parents should pay more attention to children's comprehensive abilities instead of their fractions.
