University Internal Quality Assurance System Of Quality Cultural Perspective

Unceasing improving the higher education quality is a problem that each high school has to face in the development. However, the raising of the higher education quality depends on a suitable high school internal quality guarantee system. The high school internal quality guarantee system has not been researched deeply at the angle of quality culture recently which would affect the perfection of the high school internal quality guarantee system. And it would not be in favor of the raising of the high school internal quality guarantee system.The quality culture is a management conception that rose in enterprises, it produced certainly promoting function in the development of the enterprise. In this paper,I try to use the quality cultural management conception to perfect the internal quality guarantee system of high school. So I will discuss the phenomenon and the harmful influence of the quality cultural conception imperfection in the internal quality guarantee system of high school on the base of simple clarifying the main theories and interrelations between the quality cultural and the internal quality guarantee system of high school, on the basis of which, then I discuss how to perfect high school internal quality guarantee system from three aspects of high school quality culture.
