The high school physics curriculum standard proposed the physics science core accomplishment.The determination of core literacy obviously puts forward more clear requirements for high school students.Both external and internal factors will lead to the "step" phenomenon in the process of students' transition from junior high school to high school.To weaken the "step" phenomenon,we must master the concept and law of physics and use efficient physics learning methods.Therefore,the main direction of this research is to apply self-learning diagnosis to enhance the concept of mechanics,using this method to improve students' reflective ability and autonomous learning ability,to improve the level of students' understanding of physics concepts,so as to improve students' physical performance.The class of the author's intervention is Class 16 of Senior one,and the high school physics curriculum standard,especially the physics core accomplishment,is analyzed in depth before the intervention of the students.And to the high school compulsory one textbook and the teacher reference book in the heavy difficulty carries on the deep understanding.At the same time,on the one hand,the student kinematics is used as a conceptual prediction process case.On the other hand,the concept test questions are extracted from the students' wrong questions to analyze the students' self-diagnosis without the intervention of teachers.The above analysis shows that it is necessary for students to make self-learning diagnosis.The content of the author's intervention is the mechanical content of the first year of high school.The self-diagnosis cycle after the concept prediction process —— the concept test is applied to the concept teaching of each section,and the self-diagnosis habit is formed by constantly mastering the situation through the students' self-diagnosis analysis concept.This study mainly takes ?gravity interaction force ??? friction force?and?newton's three laws"?as examples to analyze students' understanding of physical concepts and laws in self-diagnosis,and concludes that self-learning diagnostic methods can significantly enhance students' understanding of physical concepts and enhance students' self-reflection.To a certain extent,students can improve their scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitude and responsibility through self-learning diagnosis.Self-learning diagnosis can enhance students' learning motivation.Students who participate in self-learning diagnosis for a long time can greatly improve their test scores compared with those who do not have self-learning diagnosis.So self-learning diagnosis is one of the most effective learning methods considered by most high school students.
