“Two-channeled education” is a teaching model based on "Previewing Case" and "Guiding Case", which was proposed by Shuangliu Middle school in Chengdu,Sichuan. It advocates that students should learn before teachers’ instruction and makes teachers and students’ position clear in teaching activities. Through compiling the previewing case and guiding case before class, and guiding students to learn in class, giving test after class, teachers positioned their leading role of teaching.Students hold dominant position by means of studying previewing case before the lesson, discussing and exchanging ideas in the course, and doing exercises after class.This study will apply “two-channeled education” to high school physics concept teaching and put it into practice in Shuangliu middle school. And the teaching practice is used to verify whether it can efficiently improve the efficiency of high school physics concept teaching and whether it can improve students’ physical performance and interest.There are four parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, which mainly explains the research background, the research significance and the research status,and the research methods. The second part is the theory research, mainly introducing the theoretical basis of “two-channeled education” as well as the compiling principles and the operating process of the "previewing case" and "guiding case". The third part is the teaching practice research part, which through some ways such as questionnaire survey to confirm the teaching procedures and provide the teaching case of physical concept. The fourth part is the data analysis and disposal, it mostly analyzes the data collected by teaching experiment to reach relevant conclusions of “two-channeled education”. The fifth part is the summary and prospect of this research.This research shows that: Carrying out “two-channeled education” in physics concept teaching of Shuangliu middle school can improve the teaching effectiveness and improve students’ physics grades and interest in learning physics.The research is a beneficial attempt for the reform of physics concept teaching,and it is also a good promotion for the way of "teaching" and "learning". At the sametime, it also provides a useful reference for other subjects.
