The volleyball is a favorite sport in China. In the initial period of reform and openpolicy, the Chinese female volleyball team once had the magnificence of "thechampionship five times in a row", in 20 years, "the women's volleyball spirit" wasdriving the people to unceasingly enterprising. However, our men's volleyball, has notbeen able to success actually. So, we carry on the correlative analysis and theinvestigation, try to find out the problem, and give some advises.It is the tendency of the world volleyball development to establish the club systemand practice the professionalism. In order to comply with this tendency and follow theadvanced countries, the Chinese man volleyball start to implement the professionalismreform in 1996, until now, it is already for 10 years. Some merit has been archived, forinstance, enlivened the ball market, built the atmosphere, raised athletics level, andimproved the volleyball survival environment. However, many problems still had inthe concrete operation of professionalism commercialization, for instance, the overalllevel was not high, the ball market was murky, the club managed difficulty, theoperation of reform implemented tough. The main reason of present situation is thatthe Chinese organizational reform of athletics volleyball is not thorough, for instance,the professionalism degree is not high, the club management system is imperfect, themarket exploring is insufficient, the training system and the reserve talent raisingsystem lag and so on.This article uses the method of literature research, paper survey, expert interview,mathematical statistic, logical analytic and so on, carried on the system research to thepresent situation of the operation of the Chinese man volleyball club professionalismcommercialization. The article elaborated the basic situation of the operation of theChinese men's volleyball club, systematically analysis the organization of volleyballassociation and the club, the competition system of the league tournament, the fundsorigin of the club, the salary of athletes, the statue of talent flows in domestic andforeign, reservist's raising, the promotion of star player, for instance, thecommunication technique with media, the propaganda and packing and so on.The research obtains the conclusion, as a result of the national condition andproject itself, the professionalism commercialization operation of men's volleyball clubstill is in the immature stage, the main problem existing includes:①the own reason of volleyball;②Not yet establishing the true club system;③The economicaldevelopment cannot satisfy the basis which the men's volleyball club needs;④thesports market of the club relying on does not match the sports consumption level of themass;⑤The cannot satisfy the demand of the club;⑥The media puts little onpropaganda dynamics of men's volleyball;⑦The talent flow mechanism of men'svolleyball is impeded;⑧The reserved talent of men's volleyball are deficient.In view of this, we proposes following advises:①establish the complete men'svolleyball club management system, to practice the positive cycle;②establish theperfect laws and regulations system;③raise and prosperity the volleyball market;④focus team's daily training and competition result;⑤pay special attention to constructthe talent echelon by multiple method;⑥train the star player;⑦Perfect humanresource flow system and the mechanism of foreign aid introduction;⑧Strengthen thecooperation with the media, focus intangible asset management primarily;⑨developthe fan team Positively.
