Research On The Influence Of Social Network On The Entrepreneurial Performance Of Rural Micro-enterprises In Northeast China

With the speeding up of the process of our reform and opening up,micro-enterprise has began to develop rapidly.Its development on the one hand,is due to the development of rural economic organizations and the improved performance of the system.On the other hand,it is also the specific effect of the diversity of the rural grass-roots employment.From the point of its impacts,the development of rural micro-enterprises has promoted the integration of rural productivity,and played an important role in promoting China's grass-roots economic development,reducing the gap between urban and rural areas after the reform and opening up,as well as fostering urban and rural economic development.However,with the process of quantification of informationization and social resources,rural micro-enterprises have gradually realized the modernization of management and performance measurement.The comprehensive measurement of socialized indicators makes the rural micro-entrepreneurial appraisal become a systematic measurement system.Therefore,based on the development of the research trend of informationization and demonstration,the author quantifies the influencing factors in the development of rural micro-enterprises,and makes quantitative studies on the factors influenced the establishment and development of rural micro-enterprises by setting up quantitative social networks,to emphasis the effect on the enterprises' development,and measure the role it has played.The author also has measures the importance of co-relationships among the entrepreneur network capacity,network resources and entrepreneurial performance,to explain the the role that rural micro-enterprise network establishment,network integration and the overall business development have played on the basis of the quantitative data.In the aspect of empirical study,the author used the actual survey data of rural micro enterprises in Heilongjiang province,Jilin province and Inner Mongolia province in the northeast,to construct the progressive theoretical model of "entrepreneur social network-resource acquisition-entrepreneurial performance",and used structural equation model method to analyze and explore the mechanism of the influence of entrepreneurial social network and resource acquisition on the entrepreneurial performance of rural micro-enterprises.The results show that the broad entrepreneur's social network is beneficial to the diversification of entrepreneurial resources and then transform the entrepreneurial performance into the ones of rural micro-enterprises.The ability of individual network to acquire asset-based resources is higher than that of knowledge-based resources,and the ability of commercial network to acquireknowledge-based resources is higher than the ability of resource-based ones.Asset-based resources has a significant effect on the survival performance and innovation performance of rural micro-enterprises,but its impact on growth performance is not that obvious.Knowledge-based resources have a significant effect on the growth performance and innovation performance of rural micro-enterprises,but its impact on survival performance is not that obvious.In addition,its impact on innovation performance is higher than the ones on growth performance.Policy orientation should focus on the basic role of personal network in the acquisition of rural micro-enterprise resources,to enhance the importance of the commercial network,to ensure the "match" transformation of entrepreneurial resources into entrepreneurial performance.
