Research purpose:(1)By investigating the physical activities,their influencing factors and body shape indexes of senior left-behind children in rural primary schools in Nanchang,this paper deeply discussing the present situation of physical activity level and body mass index level of senior left-behind children in rural primary schools in Nanchang,investigating the distribution characteristics of physical activity and influencing factors of left-behind children in rural areas,and revealing the overall status of physical activity of left-behind children in rural areas in Nanchang.(2)The influence of physical activity level of rural left-behind children in Nanchang was studied from two aspects: individual and family,to clarify the direct or indirect relationship between different factors and physical activity levels,to explore the path-relationship between the physical activity level of rural left-behind children in Nanchang and their parents' support,the benefits of exercise and the cognitive factors of impairment,and in order to provide more scientific references and suggestions for the research and practice of health promotion for the rural left-behind children in Nanchang.Research methods:This study adopted the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,measurement and mathematical statistics,etc.,through the distribution of "Physical Activity Questionnaire","Child and Adolescent Parent Support Scale" and "Benefits of Sports" to left-behind children in rural primary schools in Nanchang City.And obstacle awareness scale ",a total of 16 rural elementary school students in grades 4-6were selected from 7 districts including Nanchang,Jiangxi Province,Nanchang County,High-tech Zone,Jinxian County,Anyi County,Economic Development Zone,Qingshan Lake District,etc.A total of 2803 questionnaires were distributed.2,537 valid questionnaires,including 1494 left-behind children,with a recovery rate of90.5%.Research conclusions:(1)The physical activity level of left-behind children in Nanchang is at a medium level,which is not much different from that of non-left-behind children,and the physical activity level of left-behind boys is significantly higher than that ofleft-behind girls.(2)The grade of left-behind children and the situation of the school are important factors affecting the physical activity level of left-behind children.Low-level physical activities are increasing with the growth of grades.Among them,the left-behind children in Anyi District of Nanchang City has the highest physical activity.(3)The interaction effect of male and female caregiver support has a certain effect on the physical activity of left-behind children in Nanchang,and the effect of female caregiver support on the physical activity of left-behind children is greater than that of male caregiver support.(4)The area and residence of the school will affect parents' support for the left-behind children's activities.The interaction between the area of ??the school,the residence and the support of female caregivers will have a greater impact on the left-behind girls in Nanchang than on the left-behind boys.(5)The dimensions of sports benefit cognition will affect the physical activity level of left-behind children in the upper grades of rural primary schools in Nanchang City.The dimensions of dyskinesia cognition have an effect on the physical activity level of senior left-behind children in rural primary schools in Nanchang except the awareness of exercise environment and physical exertion.The level of physical activity has an impact.The more positive the left-behind children are about the benefits of exercise and the more negative they are about their movement disorders,the greater the impact on the left-behind children's physical activity.(6)The interactions between the school's region,grade,and the dimensions of sports benefit cognition affect the physical activity of left-behind girls more than left-behind boys.(7)The benefits of exercise play a full mediating role in the impact of parental support on physical activity;dyskinesias partially mediate the effect of parental support on physical activity;dyskinesias play a role in parental suppression of the effect on physical activity Partial mediation.
