| Secondary vocational schools are responsible for the important task of training thousands of excellent quality front-line workers and play an important role in promoting economic development.However,most of the students in secondary vocational schools come from low-income families in rural and urban areas.Increasing the intensity and coverage of state aid will help relieve the economic pressure of these families and ensure that the students from these families complete their studies smoothly Eventually grow into useful talents of the society.On the basis of combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,defining the core concepts,and analyzing the relevant national policies,this study selected 950 students and 10 teachers from 21 majors in 5 secondary vocational schools in Nanchang area as the survey objects,using questionnaire,interview and other research methods to implement the national aid policy The propaganda and education of the policy;the students' understanding and attitude towards the state aid;the basic process of implementing the national aid policy;the scope and strength of national aid from the school;the students' understanding and attitude towards the state aid;the implementation effect of the state aid;the students' feedback on obtaining the state aid and so on to deeply understand the current situation of the state aid in secondary vocational schools in Nanchang area,It is revealed that there are some problems in the state aid of secondary vocational schools,such as the poor coverage of aid,the weak strength of aid,the difficulty in identifying the object of aid,the lack of the way of aid and the unsatisfactory effect of aid.The reason lies in the overall low level of students' family economy,the high proportion of students with difficulties in urban household registration,the lack of specific criteria for identifying the students with difficulties in schools,the weak driving force for the diversification of aid methods,and the weak force for promoting the humanities Based on the lack of care and education guidance,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of state aid in secondary vocational schools:(1)We should strengthen the efforts of supporting students;(2)broaden the coverage;(3)standardize the qualification recognition and establish the early warning mechanism;(4)enrich the ways of supporting students;(5)strengthen the education guidance.I hope that with the joint efforts of the state,society,school and other forces,every student with financial difficulties in his family can get effective help and move towards the spring of life. |
