It is a kind of teaching reform for secondary vocational schools of the implementation of business incubators in recent years. It is the main characteristics for Entrepreneurial base of public welfare, the leading and professional as To achieve this goal, it needs not only to recognize the function and significance of the incubator base construction, for more problems existed in the current implementation of the incubator base of a comprehensive, objective analysis and understanding, and on this basis to promote to a higher level of development of the incubator base of the feasibility of the method was analyzed and thinking.In this paper, the xi’an part of secondary vocational schools business incubators is as the research object. Through empirical investigation we found that the current secondary vocational school in carrying out a lot of problems in the process of entrepreneurship education. Content mainly includes three aspects:teachers’ professional quality is not high, students entrepreneurial sense is not strong, the incubation base of teaching evaluation system is not scientific. Among them, the teachers’ professional quality is the main factor of healthy and sustainable development of the incubator base. In view of the impact and restriction related issues that exist in the implementation of the incubator base, paper preliminarily put forward some specific solutions of path on the basis of comprehensive analysis. First, improveing the quality of the teachers and improveing the proportion of "double type" teachers, changing the concept of teachers. Second, cultivateing students’ emotion and enhancing the students for the future professional identity. Finally, changing course evaluation mechanism and avoiding the lack of evaluation subject, and so on.The article has four parts of content as follows.Firstly, The introduction part mainly introduced the thesis research subject and the significance of thesis research. The introduction part of the thesis research purpose and meaning, the related literature review, research ideas and methods and other issues are generally introduced.Second, Paper discusses the concept, characteristics and functions of incubators, etc. Paper points out the significance of building up the medium business incubators.Thirdly, In xi’an area as an example, this article the present situation of the implementation of secondary vocational schools incubators, the existence question has carried on the investigation and analysis. In the construction of the incubator base, has exposed many problems. Among them, the teachers teaching quality problems, the students interest and ability to learn and carry out the teaching evaluation of the incubator base is the outstanding problem which restricts the healthy development of incubators for several. The article dialectically analyzed these problems.Fourthly, This paper discusses the feasibility of the way to solve the problem the comprehensive analysis. In the first place,It is the fundamental measures to improve teachers’professional quality. Including the idea transformation, the transformation of consciousness, skills upgrading content and so on several levels. In the second, The students’interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship are also should focus on the central issue in the implementation of incubators. In the end, It is very necessary for people Establishing scientific evaluation system.It Should include a set of evaluation index in the evaluation system and evaluation standard of conversion, etc.
