China's economic reform has lasted for more than 40 years.Today,not only the socialist market economy in China has undergone tremendous changes,but people's professional values have also shown a trend of diversification.The vocational values education of the contemporary secondary vocational school students has also undergone subtle changes.Secondary vocational school students,as skilled workers in our future society,are the builders and successors of socialist society.Their vocational values education can not be ignored.Therefore,the study of this issue has important practical significance.This study explores the current situation of Vocational Values Education for secondary vocational students in Dalian by using literature research,questionnaire survey,observation and interview,and tries to analyze the existing problems and find solutions.After investigation,it is found that the vocational values of secondary vocational school students present a trend of diversification and complexity.There are several major problems,such as advocating individualism,lack of career ideal and interest,interest-oriented,no obvious career planning and so on.This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which explains the purpose,content and significance of the study;the second chapter is the vocational value education of secondary vocational students and related theories,which summarizes the development process of Vocational Value Education at home and abroad,as a theoretical support for the study of vocational students' value education in Dalian;the third chapter is based on the investigation of the status quo of vocational values of secondary vocational students in Dalian.According to this,the author tries to analyze its existing problems and influencing factors;Chapter IV puts forward suggestions on Vocational Value Education for secondary vocational students in Dalian from three aspects: family construction,school education and society;Chapter V concludes and prospects,illustrating the shortcomings and prospects of the study.Through the research on the present situation of Vocational Value Education of secondary vocational students in Dalian,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve vocational value education of secondary vocational students in a point-to-point and face-to-face way.Firstly,families should create a harmonious and warm family life atmosphere for secondary vocational students,while encouraging them to participate in family work;secondly,schools should improve the curriculum of vocational value education.Implementing model education: building campus culture from four aspects: spiritual culture,material culture,institutional culture and behavioral culture;third,the society should strengthen the supervision of new media,optimize the allocation of secondary vocational students' educational resources,and promote school-enterprise cooperation.This study tries to improve the theoretical system of Vocational Value Education for secondary vocational students,and expects to provide some reference suggestions for future practice teaching in this field.
