Abstract/Summary:
Human beings are social animals,and social communication is the basic activity of human beings.Through the communication can satisfy the human belonging and emotional needs.As application-oriented talents,secondary vocational students are about to go to social practice or work after a short period of vocational school study,many of them are facing social anxiety on and off campus for a variety of reasons.Studies in China and abroad have found that the social anxiety level of women is significantly higher than that of men(Vicente e.capalloet al.2014;Liu guangzeng,2019;Li zhen,2019).In addition,other studies have shown that compared with male patients with social anxiety,female patients with social anxiety disorder show more embarrassment,panic,sensitivity and difficulty in healing(Wittchen,Stein et al.1999;Turk,Heimberg et al.1998).The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between parental style,interpretation bias,and social anxiety among secondary vocational school girls,and to use group empirical cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene in explanation bias,so as to reduce the level of social anxiety among secondary vocational school students.The study was divided into two parts.Study 1 was an investigation study.using EMBU,SAD-A,Interpretation Bias Questionnaire to survey the 18 th and 19 th level all the girls in secondary vocational school in Nanchang.A total of 736 sampling investigation,to determine the parental style influence on social anxiety,and the interpretation bias to the mechanism of action in it.Study 2 was an experimental intervention study.Based on the theory of Group Empirical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,a group counseling program was developed and implemented to reduce the bias of negative interpretation.There were 12 participants in the experimental group and 12 in the control group,all of whom were students with negative interpretation bias and high social anxiety.The experimental group underwent 12 structured group empirical cognitive behavioral interventions,while the control group did not take any intervention measures at all.The conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)there is no significant difference in age variables of social anxiety among secondary vocational girls,but there is a significant difference in variables of whether there is a single parent or not.(2)theparental style has significant influence on the social anxiety and interpretation bias of secondary vocational girls.(3)explanation bias has a significant influence on social anxiety of secondary vocational girls,and explanation bias plays a part in mediating the influence of family rearing style on social anxiety.(4)interpretation bias intervention can reduce the negative interpretation bias and improve the positive interpretation bias,thus reducing the level of social anxiety.
