Social anxiety usually starts in adolescence,and once it occurs,it is less likely to relieve itself.If there is no timely intervention,it is likely to develop into lifelong social anxiety disorder.Most of the secondary vocational school students are in adolescence,which is a high-risk group of social anxiety.Social anxiety not only has a bad effect on the psychology,physiology and social contact of the secondary vocational school students,but also affects the future work,social adaptation and marriage if not intervened in time.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the mechanism and related factors of social anxiety and intervene in practice.There are two studies in this paper:In the first study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 420 students in a secondary vocational school in Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province.On the basis of the first study,the second study carried out the group Assisted Intervention of emotion regulation,and designed group counseling according to the theory of rational emotion therapy and the elements of emotion regulation.Thirty subjects were randomly divided into two groups,15 in each group.The test group was intervened with the group auxiliary scheme focusing on improving the emotion regulation strategies of the subjects,while the control group was not treated with any treatment,so as to investigate the effect of the scheme on improving the emotion regulation strategies of the secondary vocational school students and reducing their social anxiety.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)In this study,the social anxiety of secondary vocational school girls is higher than that of boys.Boys scored lower than girls in positive parenting style and cognitive reappraisal.Students from single parent families scored significantly lower in positive parenting style and cognitive reappraisal than those from non single parent families.The cognitive reappraisal scores of middle and high school students with monthly family income were significantly higher than those of students with low monthly family income.(2)Positive family rearing pattern was positively correlated with cognitive reappraisal,negatively correlated with social anxiety,negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal,and positively correlated with social anxiety.(3)Social anxiety was negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal and positive family upbringing,and positively correlated with expression inhibition and negative family upbringing.(4)Cognitive reappraisal in emotional regulation plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between family upbringing and social anxiety.(5)Group counseling based on rational emotive therapy can improve the ability of emotion regulation and reduce the level of social anxiety.
