A Practical Study On The Combined Training Of "Three Stages + Quick And Easy Teaching" Of School Children's Short Tennis

China's Ministry of education has issued two governmental administrative documents to promote the development of tennis in campus.In 2000,short tennis was included in the syllabus of physical education courses in primary and secondary schools;In 2018,the general office in the Ministry of education,department of teaching,sports and arts,letter [2018] No.58,issued 285 national youth pilot schools with the characteristic of capmus tennis;domestic campus tennis is still in the rising stage while the development of campus tennis needs constant exploration to really get on the right track,and there are many problems that need our efforts to improve.In particular,the teaching and training of children's short tennis are in the primary stage.Everyone should continue to learn,improve and supply the results of previous teaching and training,and explore effective teaching and training methods,so that both training theory and practice of campus short tennis can be enriched and optimized.In this way,the goal of promoting the rapid development of campus short tennis can be achieved.The emergence of quick and easy tennis has undoubtedly increased the probability for the successful popularization of campus short tennis,and to a certain extent,it has also solved some problems such as the lack of tennis equipment in our country and students' lack of interest caused by difficultes in playing tennis.However,when we study and summarize the effects of how quick and easy tennis teaching had on the teaching and training of children's short tennis,some problems can be found.In this paper,the experimental method and mathematical statistics are used,combined with the characteristics of students,and in view of the sensitive period of children's physical quality development,this paper uses relevant theoretical knowledge to innovate and design reasonable teaching and training content;secondly,the combination of“three segments + quick and easy teaching”method will be adopted,which is designed from the teaching and training level according to the growth and development law of children and the general law of tennis skills formation.That is to say,the combination of short period sensitive quality training,short period speed quality training and short period strength quality training and quick and easy tennis teaching method is used to carry out teaching experiments.The following conclusions are drawn through experimental research:1.Based on the cognition and application of the theoretical knowledge of sports physiology,psychology,ITF teaching and training theory and sports skill learning control,it is key development that the improvement of children's sensitivity,speed and strength quality is the basis of children's learning of short-term tennis skills,and it can promote the formation of children's short-term tennis skills.2.The design of the teaching and training of the combination of the “ three segments + quick and easy teaching” methods for children's short tennis conforms to the requirements of children's physical and mental development in the periodic training content,which not only embodies the equal emphasis on enlightenment and interest training,skills and the sense of success,but also completes and improves the quick and easy teaching method for short tennis,which is conducive to the rapid improvement of children's short tennis technology and efficient development as well as the basic level of children's tennis early special physical quality.3.Through the experiment of teaching and training,the students in the experimental group have significantly improved their sensitivity,speed and strength.4.The teaching method of the combination of the easy teaching method in the three stages of children's short tennis has more advantages in reaching the technical level,and the number of people reaching the standard is more and significantly improved.
