An Experimental Study On The Application Of "Quick And Easy Tennis" In Tennis Teaching Primary In School

Since 2004,tennis has spread rapidly in China and has gradually developed.With the development of tennis,tennis is no longer a noble sport.At the same time,tennis springs up in sports colleges and universities all over the country,cultivating a batch of excellent tennis players and tennis coaches,and spreading widely among young people to form campus tennis,so how to effectively let pupils get started quickly?To master tennis skills,improve the interest of primary school students in learning tennis,and enhance the physical health of students,has a positive effect on the development of tennis.In the course of the experiment,40 students in the fourth grade of tennis interest class of Pingdingshan Kuanggong Road Primary School were randomly selected as the experimental group,and 40 students were randomly selected as the control group.Because there are fewer female students in the interest class,all the subjects are male.Among them,the experimental group implements the "quick and easy tennis" teaching,while the control group implements the traditional tennis teaching.Before the experiment and after the experiment,all the students were tested for physical health;before and after the experiment,all the students were tested for their interest in learning and self-confidence questionnaire;before the experiment,in the experiment and after the experiment,all the students were tested for three tennis techniques: forehand stroke,backhand stroke and overhand serve,such as preparation posture,rotation lead racket,follow-up swing and restore.Action,tennis technical action evaluation and standards.Come to conclusion:1.Pupils' participation in tennis and the use of "Quick and Easy Tennis" or traditional tennis teaching methods can effectively improve the physical quality of students.2."Quick easy tennis" teaching applied to primary school sports tennis curriculum,more than traditional tennis teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning and self-confidence,learning interest is also because of the rapid mastery of tennis technology to enhance their interest.3.In the special tennis skills of forehand stroke,backhand stroke and overhand serve,the teaching of "Quick and Easy Tennis" can promote pupils to master this skill better than the traditional tennis teaching,in which the overhand serve is mastered faster and skilled.
