As a carrier of vocational education,Secondary Vocational School is an important part of education in China,which is responsible for the education of training compound talents and high-quality workers.In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the financial industry has played an increasingly important role in the national economy,accelerating the employment market demand for financial professionals.In order to improve the effect and quality of practical teaching of Finance Specialty in secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational schools must use reasonable and effective teaching methods,to change the long-term neglect of students' cooperation awareness,Team Spirit,innovative ability and other aspects of the status quo,so as to improve the comprehensive vocational ability of students."Financial Service Marketing" is one of the core courses of finance major in secondary vocational school,which plays an important role in training students' knowledge and professional skills.However,with the use of traditional teaching methods,students have little effect in learning.Therefore,in order to improve students' learning efficiency and cultivate comprehensive professional ability,this paper proposes task-based cooperative learning and applies it to the teaching practice of financial service marketing,through the design and practice of group study task and individual study task,students' interest in study,cooperative consciousness and team spirit are stimulated,so as to meet the needs of the Society for financial professionals.The concrete research ideas of this paper are as follows:The first part: Introduction.To sort out the background,purpose,significance and relevant research results at home and abroad,and then clarify the research content,determine the research methods,and provide direction and technical guidance for the writing of the paper.The second part,Concept definition and theoretical basis.The concept and related theories of secondary vocational school and secondary vocational education and cooperative learning method are clarified to provide the possibility for the task-based cooperative learning method and the theoretical basis for the writing and application of the paper.The third part,The task-based cooperative learning in secondary vocational school "Financial Services Marketing" curriculum application of the necessity of analysis.This paper investigates the current teaching situation of Financial Service Marketing in secondary vocational schools by means of questionnaire and data analysis,and analyzes the necessity of applying task-based cooperative learning in this course.The fourth part,The task-based cooperative learning in the Secondary Vocational School "Financial Services Marketing" curriculum design.The principles of design are applied to the task-based cooperative learning approach in this course,in order to provide an application framework for practice,the curriculum is designed from six aspects: Learning task,teaching objective,teaching content,teaching process,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.The fifth part,The task-based cooperative learning in the Vocational School "Financial Services Marketing" curriculum practice test.The application of task-based cooperative learning in the Vocational School "Financial Service Marketing" curriculum for specific practice.Firstly,the basic situation of practice research is clear;secondly,the teaching design and practice are carried out according to the typical chapter of this course;finally,the results are analyzed through the horizontal and vertical comparison of the results and the questionnaire comparison.The sixth part,Conclusion.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the research,and concludes that the task-based cooperative learning teaching method is feasible,and reflects on the existing problems in practice to provide practical direction for the further use of the teaching method;finally,summarizes the possible shortcomings of this study.
