With the vigorous development of the promotion of Chinese language and culture,Chinese teaching has developed to the entire world,and has shown a declining age of learners overseas.Also in Nepal,the development of Chinese language teaching in Nepal's primary and middle schools is growing rapidly,showing a thriving situation.In recent years,the importance of cultural teaching has attracted the attention in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and many Chinese teachers have conducted cultural teaching.Due to the lack of a Chinese cultural environment,learners have limited access to know Chinese culture.In the case of students with a low level of Chinese,and lack of appropriate cultural textbooks and syllabus,the development of Chinese cultural teaching in Nepal faces great challenges.This thesis is based on the author's practice of teaching Chinese culture in primary and middle school in Nepal.The full text consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research and the research methods.It also briefly summarizes and analyzes the research on Chinese teaching in overseas primary and middle schools,and draws experience from the exploration and research of the predecessors.The second chapter is an introduction to the background of Chinese culture teaching.It mainly analyzes the current situation of Chinese teaching in Nepal and the basic situation of Triyog School.It also explains that the cultural teaching discussed in this thesis is specialized cultural teaching that independent of language teaching.The third chapter discusses the teaching practice of Chinese culture course.Through front-end analysis,the author found the problems faced in the teaching of Chinese culture.Based on this,the author analyzed how to prepare for teaching from the aspects of determining teaching goals,selecting teaching content,selecting teaching resources,selecting teaching methods and evaluation methods,and how to implement teaching.Finally,the author made a summary evaluation.It is found that doing a good teaching analysis and overall design is the key to carrying out teaching smoothly and achieving ideal teaching results.The fourth chapter is the reflection on the teaching of Chinese culture.First,the author reflected on the teaching of Chinese culture.Second,the author summarized the significance and shortcomings of cultural teaching,and reflected the development of Chinese teaching in the teaching school.Finally,relevant teaching suggestions are put forward.It believed that Chinese teachers should pay full attention to the significance of Chinese culture teaching,especially when teaching Chinese beginners in primary and secondary schools overseas,and when students do not know China or the significance of learning Chinese,they should stimulate students' interest in learning Chinese through Chinese culture teaching.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part,which mainly summarizes and analyzes this article.Triyog School is in the early stages of the development of Chinese language teaching.The author's research on the teaching of Chinese culture in this school will help the school's future development of Chinese teaching.At the same time,it can draw the attention of Chinese teachers in Nepal's primary and secondary schools to teaching Chinese culture.It also provided a reference for Chinese teachers in teaching Chinese culture.
