A Study On Rural Vocational Education In Hebei Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural revitalization strategy is an important measure proposed by the party and the country to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and promote rural development according to the current situation.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy needs higher quality rural vocational education,which brings the opportunity for the development of rural vocational education.At the same time,the development level of rural vocational education continues to improve,the quality of trained talents is further improved,and human resources and intellectual support are provided for rural revitalization strategies.The study salt mountain county as an example to analyze rural revitalization strategy in the rural vocational education under the conditions and countermeasures,the main content is embodied in four aspects: one is the analysis of the relevant concept definition and theoretical basis,the core concepts including the strategy of rejuvenating rural and rural vocational education,theoretical basis is embodied in the civilian education and rural construction theory,human capital theory,lifelong education theory,etc.,as the foundation for the study.The second is to take Yanshan County as an example,using questionnaire survey,interview and comprehensive analysis to analyze the current situation of rural vocational education development under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and to explore the relationship between the two.Thirdly,this paper takes Yanshan county as an example to discuss the problems and reasons in the development of rural vocational education in Hebei province under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,so as to have a more complete and profound understanding of the current situation of rural vocational education in Hebei province.Main problems are the shortage of funds for a long time with poor infrastructure and lack of teachers professional poor stability,security,rural vocational education school students be lack of school-running quality poor job prospects,embodied in the government attaches great importance to the part still has great insufficiency,the rural revitalization and lack of correspondence of the different rural vocational education,the teachers lack of inadequate protection of the differential treatment,the mode of running a single innovation,etc.Four is for rural revitalization strategy under the background of rural vocational education in Hebei province development countermeasures of the deficiencies and problems,and targeted development countermeasure is put forward,including around the strategy of rejuvenating rural talents cultivation direction,optimization of the rural vocational education development mode to meet the need of rural revitalization,the government give full play to its role in the development of rural vocational education,strengthen school security building a level of high stability,strong high quality teaching staff and so on.
